Mine was 312 at 40 years old. I was deadlifting over 500lb so my doctor said I was fine. I felt like hell. Tired, depressed, not healing from workouts, no energy, low focus and concentration, etc. Found a Dr who put me on TRT and felt 10 years younger in 2 days and 15 years younger in two weeks. Amazing.

Great job overall. A little less prefacing while interviewing would help with continuity. More talking from the guests with some elaboration or anecdotes from the host might make the interviews flow a little smoother as well. During video editing, it is also helpful to display internet URL's, phone numbers, email addresses, names of studies cited, etc. on the screen so you can just pause and annotate whatever you need. Thank you Starting Strength for getting information to the masses from qualified experts.

I take it the hormone disrupters he's talking about are the phtalates found in plastics. I have been working to get plastics out of my life and been pretty successful but it's still an ongoing battle. For example I store stuff in genuine glass jars, including my water from the tap (it's good well water and I refrigerate it to drink). I retired my old big plastic drinking container for a stainless steel one. I use natural castille soap (allergic to the common "fragrance" in soaps) for washing myself, my home and my clothes. Really glad I saw this. I was avoiding this stuff to start with because of allergies but now this opens up a whole new perspective. Here's a link from the site he's talking about; www.hormone.org/your-health-and-hormones/endocrine-disrupting-chemicals-edcs

Not to mention the fact that most docs arent taking in account of CYP 450 drug clearance. You do this for Morphine you would do this for Test CYP. And means 2x, 3x, even daily injections are required for stable levels. Personally I had to do daily obviously not everyone is the same. But for me its perfect. Not to mention from a PCP put me at 100mg getting 600ngdl total wasn't even running Free Test. Felt like crap. Went to a huge TRT cookie cutter clinic went on 200mg didnt really feel right at 1k total and 20 free. Accidentally went to 290mg with 1600ngdl total, and 56ngdl free felt fantastic. Bottom line get your levels tested, if your veteran, athlete, car accident survivor you may need full endocrine replacement. Dont suffer and tell a veteran and others, Save a life.

you have just stated what very few will acknowledge or ever know even when it’s right in front of their eyes. It’s all about that free T level not the total. Getting that free up above 30 ng/dl is a start. Getting to where you were inn the 50s is a wonderful place for many with nothing but beneficial effects in all parameters of health. This fear of those levels is not based on science. It’s fear of a bogeyman that doesn’t exist.

@@HeritageCast I will be glad to. Here’s the most important issue...the patients health. When the free T is is the ranges I speak of everything we can measure with regard to health improves. It’s a number people fear out of a lack of knowledge. There is some unwritten rule that anything over 200mg per week is a cycle which is just not true. I feel sorry for the men that are never fully optimized. It’s a battle for men to get testosterone and everyone on forums etc...is United in that battle, but then those very men will attack other men for having levels as being “not TRT or necessary “. That is an opinion not based on medical facts.

I’m disappointed that nothing was said about the suppression of your natural test resulting in balls the size of raisins.
@Rothbardy
@Rothbardy 3 жыл бұрын
True. Now whether they’re raisins or not, when your balls don’t produce testosterone they’re just ornaments at that point. The point is the production of testosterone and the video is about TRT for people that are experiencing symptoms of low test as a result of inadequate production of natural test

@@Rothbardy yeah that would be me with a T level of 350. Also, I’ve never taken test or any steroids, I’ve just read about the suppression, and erectile dysfunction men can experience from it. Hence the reason I’d never do trt.

Strongprouddangerous on Instagram. I began trt and instantly noticed water retention and shortly began to have increased blood pressure 150/90. By the end of a 12 week period my blood pressure normalized and water retention was no longer an issue plus all the positives... focus, drive, mood all better.

Someone needs to eat their wheaties in the morning before these interviews. We have 2 guys that know their stuff and are trying to spit out knowledge quickly and thoroughly and one other guy who likes to interrupt to share his opinion on everything or make random comments at 4 words a minute. Almost seems like information is coming out too fast so he has to slow things down purposely. Hard to watch.

Notice how he has changed his tune from “abusing drugs” to “therapy” aka not advocating you slam 500mg test e with a side of dbols and deca. His past experience of making mistakes does not make what he does currently automatically wrong. In fact to get to a point where you know what works you have to make mistakes along the way.

I honestly think that people will just find reasons for doing TRT when they don't really need it. If we decline in testosterone as part of aging, that's part our nature. Western culture is obsessed with trying to defy it. If you have ED may be you should stop watching porn. If you have depression maybe you should address the things you are not happy with. I'm very skeptical of a single factor being a be all solution to all problems.
