The heaven of getting dirt and gravel between your feet and insoles... Unless you cross rivers very often they're IMHO a total (expensive) nonsense.

Walking in hot deserts this sounds good Reg sandals n teva gave me blisters , sometimes socks and sneakers just too much heat .

@lordishurue4153 yeah they’re a totally new experience for me as they feel like a cushioned running shoe but open and free!

They look like they’d be great for travel as well as running and hiking. Do they dry quickly if they do get wet?

They do! The knit upper drys quickly

Quite a few of us agreed they perform really well on the roads. We had quite a long road section to get back to our finish point and the cushioning makes it a pleasure!

Id break a toe first time no doubt! I trip up at least once on an any given trail run.

I'd be concerned about having my feet super dirty or sunburned...Not a bad idea... but I will pass. I am not much of a sandal person. I am sure people will buy it just for the comfort and cool looks...

Yeah that’s a good point about the sunburnt feet. I wonder if feet are less likely to get sunburnt than the rest of the body. Does anyone know? Is that a thing? lol
