13ivanogre13 and if he hadn’t caught a break at the end, he would have had to have served 26 years, simply because he was part of that felony, even if he didn’t know what was going on. I feel like someone who was somewhat manipulated and lied to, and thought they were just doing a simple B&E(still a felony but less severe) and his boys end up killing two people. I feel like 10-12 years for him would have PLENTY, and even that could be argued is too harsh. I feel like bunching people in and giving everyone the same charge regardless of their part, is a slippery slope.

I love TellaVision exactly, which is why I said I think it’s too harsh for someone who didn’t know what was going on, plan it, or pull the trigger. People are easily manipulated and though it’s not good, the manipulator is the one who should receive the harshest and strictest punishment. Just because someone was there, doesn’t mean they were down with what was going on or even necessarily want to be there, but this is never taken into consideration. It’s never good to paint everyone with a broad-brush, especially since we are all individuals.

When you were talking about the guys that just snap. It completely reminded me of myself... Im Bi-polar also. I can literally go from being completely chill with someone to something happening n too me its like the vibes in the air changes... Idk how else to explain it. But when that happens everyone around me can "feel it in the air n can sense the danger usually" But if those vibes don't hurry up n go away n if there's still tention in the air it causes me to snap. n honestly that's the scariest feeling for me. It feels like my soul is forced to take a sit back, While literally my body moves forward n it's like im watching what's happening threw my own eyes But kinda like looking threw binoculars.... YET I can't physically stop what's happening. While dealing with that Im literally TRYING to regain control.

Htown up in this biotch!!! Rt I wish the KZfaqrs who been in prison and talk about it mainly the bad shit, I wish you guys would get together and work to reform prisons. Jail/prison is meant to be punishment but it's also to rehabilitate not make people more crazy and make them go back in there. My homeboy barely been out about a couple years and he is right back in prison. He banged on the streets before prison then he joined tango in there and it just made him love that gangster prison life more than his own kids. Shid we don't know how long he gone be in there this time. Prison reform should be the top topic to be discussed!

My dad was in Pocahontas for about 4 or 5 years. Hes in Red Onion Now. But hes been in the majority of the prisons in South West and Central VA. Currently 1999-2034. But was in before 1992-1998.
