I have 25 hundred hours in TF2, I don't think I've seen that cow mangler taunt. At most I might've seen it like once? I wouldn't count on it though

The CM is a very underrated RL It can fill up banners and works very well for support which sadly most soldier mains dont know the meaning of that word.

Cowmangler and airstrike replaced the blackbox awhile back with the nerf. My go to is always either CM + Conch and whip Conch and equalizer Batallion's and equalizer And Batallion's and marker gardener makes it a free gunboats lol
