The fact Engineer was spending so much time trying to get Pyro back shows how deep their friendship is, he really thinks of Pyro as a Pybro

Medic:”I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS” 𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙡, 𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘?

Imagine a TF2 map where you’re “Burning through space”, and BLU and RED Team both have spaceships, and BLU’s objective is to destroy the other team’s spaceship. As always, red is defending, and in order to “defend” their ship, they need to have at least two engineers, because the two engineers will have to work together to keep the ship repaired. Everytime RED successfully repairs the ship, 3 minutes are removed from the clock. BLU will have to stop them, and everytime they destroy a part of the ship fully, (where RED can no longer repair it), 3 minutes are added to the clock. BLU team wins once RED’s engine is destroyed fully. RED team wins if they managed to defend long enough for their ship to survive, allowing RED’s weapon systems to Eliminate the BLU spaceship.

Even after six years this is way better than any new animation movies.

I like the small detail of, as Engineer is watching Pyro in the sort of 'introductory' section, the telescope actually moves, because the Pyro (despite not being seen) is still moving up in space!

The helmet here, <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="135">2:15</a>, makes amazing foreshadowing.

The whole “seeing Pyro’s gun out in space” part made me so sad because Engie was so visibly upset

The end just STUNNED me, two different stories that connect with each other, can’t wait for part three of that other animation that was at the end there (I cannot remember the animation’s name)

The lengths of which the TF2 mercs are willing to go to for each other has me convinced that they're not just friends, they're family. Family is who you choose, and love the most. And the mercs literally went to space in a scrapheap to save one of their own. That is a family I would love to be a part of.

I love the shift of the goggles across daytime when Engineer is observing Pyro, the little details are always what gets me.
