Glad Denver East reached out to you or vice versa, don't have a lot of needs for heavy equipment but reached out to them and they were super helpful and much cheaper than the bigger equipment rental places in town. This video just showed why, glad they are also TFL fans. Tumbleweed Ranch is going to be amazing for years to come with all the work you have planned for it.

Back when I drove tow truck, I’d have to set trailers with bobcats on them back on their wheels when people flipped them because they loaded them wrong.

I grew up partially on a large plantation, Cotton&Sugar Cane. & Everytime I go back to Alabama&to NE CO Wheat. I react JUST like Roman at Playing w/the Big Tractors. Especially my favorite the JD8850 series 4WS w/8WD. Now they have Trax too. It is FUN! &Most farming today is get in drive too, push a button. & equipment dies ALL the work. 😂

Heck of a cantilever for that snap binder 🤣! Use a snap to get it close then use a ratchet for securement. Just a tip from a specialty hauler.

Instead of using shoves to level the tarmac could I suggest using rakes it is much easier to level it out using a solid garden rake once most of the stuff is roughly in place, also works on wet concrete. :)

Those skidsteers are the most versatile equipment you can buy. I recommend you guys pick up for the business with track instead of tires and get a snowblower attachment. You won't regret it.

you can just get tracks installed on wheeled machines then you got the versatility of both.

@@duggydo Bobcat sells a lot in Australia, they are mainly wheels, much bigger Skid steers have tracks

Tracks are great as they do much less damage to ground then wheels but there are still many applications where wheeled are still needed. Such as freeway construction, asphalt companies. Those guys will run smooth tires

Looks like tracked would be good at tumbleweed. I'm a fan of hand control instead of foot controls. Foot controls would be fine if it had larger foot well

some of the newer cat equipment comes with heated joy sticks. if you guys ever do plan on buying a skid steer i would go with a tracked version. if you look on the valve cover towards a the back on it look closely at the information label/plate that isn't a cat engine in it its a kubota engine. older cat skid steers had Perkins and Mitsubishi engine in them

Some older skidster front door safety switches don't work..... Make sure that front windshield is closed.... That front window cost around 2000 bucks I think...... Really expensive....lol

Skid steers are the Swiss army knife of the equipment world. You can get attacnments for just about any task you can think of and it is relatively easy to switch from one to the other. I would recommend getting a skid steer on tracks. They don't tear up the turf and dirt as much as the wheeled version, plus you have better traction in muddy terrain.

@@robertryan7204 Skid steer is the type of equipment....they steer by skidding certain tires. Bobcat is a brand. Bobcat makes skid steers, Caterpiller makes skid steers...etc. I'm just saying the ones with tracks are easier on the turf and get better traction.

Actually the Skid Steer haulage is very common in Australia. I wonder why this is a big deal in the US?

Those 69rfe transmissions shift thru the gears way too fast when they're not tuned. It's a whole different truck once you get a proper ECU/TCU tune. I'd imagine you can get that done without deleting the truck too

I was surprised to see load binders for the chains. They're illegal where I'm from. Strongly discouraged in a lot of places so check with your local rules. I think they're a dog of a thing, you need to be so careful and wrap the excess chain around it if you can.
