I've been watching their videos for a while and I think only once I've seen her disapprove or dislike a meal without smiling so for the most part you know she will always smile, but everytime she takes a bite I get that anticipation wondering if she likes it or not.

Fido Doggy that’s because they are working inside a new (rather posh) air conditioned mall. It’s a tourist attraction and is actually just a food court, but full of traditional Thai foods - street food style. Real street food vendors would never wear their best clothes to cook and work in them as it is incredibly hot all year round and there’s no point in ruining nice clothes. Even one of the most famous street food sellers (Pa Fai, she was featured in a Netflix series about street food) whose foods are Michelin Star priced, does not wear glamorous clothes for the fact that it is not suitable for the weather.
