"The word 'Pauva ' is derived from Newari ( local Nepali ) language , where 'Pau' means message and 'va' means a temple or monastery. In Nepal there are many temples and in old days , art and culture was taught in those places. Other training relating to religious matters was also provided in those places. It was done in such a way that religious messages to influence people could be passed on easily in terms of transportation."
