I am grateful for an amazing journey this past year , and truly thank the many that have engaged with us regarding help with car care.
I have learned a lot from your comments and will work hard to dial in the experience for you guys.Many of you gave some great feedback about what you would like to see , as well as gave some great tips.
What can you expect moving forward ?
You guys have heard me say from time to time that this channel is really designed to capture car care tips from the very live and real situations that we encounter from our garage---to help you.
Can we improve the how to fix it elements of our channel ?---absolutely. Many of you guys stated you would like to see more details of repairs --and we will do our best to deliver. My goal is to continue providing the key tips of repairs that will help you, whether you are going about it on your on , or decide to seek a garage to help out.
We are an active garage ( Small Business of the Year and a few other fancy schmancy awards ) ---and give you the real deal and the common sense approaches to car care. We will never blow smoke your way about repairs. We will give you the most reliable ways to manage your car care ----and not some quick fix scheme. Expect that more and more from this channel. We will not waster your time here.
How often can you expect videos ?
I run an award winning nationally recognized company , and am extremely active in our community, as well as participate on a national level within the industry. Additionally I do lots of local TV as an automotive guest , and run a national car talk show\podcast ( deep breath )---and am raising my two beautiful girls with my syndicate partner of 27 years---things are hectic ! My goal is two upload at least 2 videos per month---however I will grab a camera and start shooting when there is something I think can tremendously help you guys save time and money with your car care.
The quickest way to get answers ---
Your questions in the comments section is absolutely the best way for quick responses to automotive needs , as I pay attention to these and typically reply within a few hours --(well --I should be careful here --how about no later than 24 hours ?---).
For a serious situation YOU NEED FAST ----Of course you can call the garage ---and discuss briefly with me directly about how I can help. As the channel grows ---I will keep my commitment to you guys the best I can ----I take this serious and will not waster your time.
