Infinity Watch Omni including Warlock Chronicles along with any crossover issues elsewhere would be cool. In the Thanos (2003) omnibus I'd add Thanos's appearances elsewhere not written by Starlin as Starlin does reference them. Marvel could publish it as one omnibus if it doesn't include the Warlock Chronicles and Infinity Watch collected within other omnis.

Im pretty confused. We have Infinity Gauntlet Omni, Infinity War omni, and this 1. Didnt even know I needed this. Where do they all fit and are they worth reading? The art is fantastic though!

Infinity Gauntlet Omnibus (the entire event and tie-ins from the early 90s) 3. Infinity War Omnibus (sequel to Infinity Gauntlet Omnibus with tie-ins from the 90s) 4. Infinity Crusade Omnibus (solicited for later this month collecting the full event and tie-ins as the third Starlin Infinity Event of the 90s) 5. This would be the Infinity Watch material written by Starlin as much of it is not collected across Gauntlet/War/Crusade. I would say the silver surfer/Warlock Resurrection mini could go here along with the remaining issues of Warlock Chronicles as well. 6. This would be Thanos 1-6 from 2003 and Infinity Abyss, Marvel Universe: The End, and whatever else material may be considered as tying into Starlin's Saga. 7. Don’t forget infinity gauntlet aftermath (to be read right after IG omni) and infinity war aftermath (to be read right after IW omni). These are not included in the omnis. Also, the infinity crusade omni that will come out soon.

The Thanos infinity saga omni should only be read if you’ve read the war of kings cosmic saga. So the order would be Thanos infinity origins saga, infinity gauntlet omni, infinity gauntlet aftermath, infinity war omni, infinity war aftermath, the forthcoming infinity crusade omni, insert war of the kings cosmic saga (which is Annihilation, Annihilation conquest, road to war of kings, war of kings, war of kings aftermath omnis in order) then Thanos infinity saga omni. Also, based on what Omar said you also ought to have read the infinity OHC prior to the Thanos infinity saga omni. I believe that covers everything.

That whole series is set in its own continuity not 616. Also it was a collab with PBS I believe so may well be copyright problems even if it was canon

If you want to do Omnibus format, this would be the best order: Thanos Infinity Origin Infinity Gauntlet Infinity War Infinity Crusade (which comes out in January) Thanos Saga With those 5 volumes, you get the lion’s share of Thanos appearances written by Jim Starlin. There are a few soft covers that can fill in those gaps if you are interested. As Omar said, the Thanos Saga Omni is not solidly placed in Marvel continuity... however, it IS a good wrap up to the story of Thanos by the guy that created him and wrote most of his stories.

Further to the above comment, you should also read Annihilation and follow the Abnett/Lanning cosmic saga from there. Further issues of Infinity Watch follow on from Infinity Crusade, and Starlin wrote some more IW and Thanos material in the years preceding Annihilation - mostly collected in paperback, though those Starlin-penned Thanos issues are hard to find. Then there’s Thanos’s return in Jonathan Hickman’s Avengers, though he somewhat lacks that Starlinesque charm in his appearances here. I would also add that the original stories collected in the Infinity Origin omnibus are also collected in the Captain Marvel and Adam Warlock Complete Collections. @@NearMintCondition I agree. I am liking how they go the extra mile. Those overviews that you do seem more pertinent than ever now. Keep up the good work sir. I really liked what was done to the non-DM variants of the Frank Miller Omnibus' for Daredevil, Daredevil Companion and Elektra (1st printings). It's a shame they don't experiment with the book design like they did in the early days and to be fair those books were 12-13 years ago. Since they stopped using the faux-leather it would be difficult to do that now. I understand the homogenous livery that's been used since in creating a look for the Omnibus brand. Again, many thanks for the service you provide through your channel.

I would argue that this is easily more important to the whole saga than Crusade is, Crusade is definitely the black sheep of the saga.

​@@MrMarcusToliver I absolutely adore Starlin's cosmicverse but Crusade was just War but less thought out, rushed and frankly unnecessary. It added little of value to the already not-so-great Infinity War, which itself added little to the oh-so-great Infinity Gauntlet but at least didn't feel like a rushed tie in to sell more merc. It didn't even really make sense to make it apart of the "Infinity" series as there was practically zero focus or time dedicated to the _Infinity Gauntlet_. Instead we watch a brand new, popped out of no where character who just so happens to be Magus 2.0 (with a twist?) sit around an egg and tell people she is the messiah. Worst of all most of the tie ins are pretty terrible.

It goes like this: 0.-Thanos Wars Omnibus(Early years of Thanos) 1.-Gauntlet 2.-War. 3.-Crusade(is coming out at December 30!) 4.-There's a gap between Crusade and Saga not collected in Omnibus format(Thor: Blood and Thunder, Cosmic Powers, Infinity Abyss, Marvel: The End, first Thanos ongoing series). Also, you can read the entire DnA Cosmic saga if you want(Annihilation omnibus, Annihilation Conquest Omnibus). 5.-Saga.

It takes place after The Ultimates since logos has to destroy Living Tribunal in order for what happens in one of the stories to happen

This and Conan are the ones that I noticed how thin the papers were.

Forget the movies, Starlin’s stuff is far more cosmic than the Cinematic universe.

None of those movies follow any of the comic book stories, and neither does this

Infinity Abyss, MU The End and the pre annihilation Thanos solo. They are a decade+ before this omni. Hopefully they have their own omni plus Blood and Thunder and Cosmic Powers. Could stick his appearances in She Hulk, Thor and Celestial Quest in there too (even though Starlin retconned those as having Thanos clones). That still wouldn't be all Jim Starlin Thanos stories though as there's lots of Infinity Watch left out of the omnis.

I'd take an omnibus of Infinity Abyys, Marvel The End and Redemption. I remember mapping out a Prelude to Annihilation Omnibus a few years ago.

They could add the remainder of Starlin's Infinity Watch and Warlock Chronicles to Infinity Abyss, MU the End, and Thanos solo series. Marvel could add Starlin Apocrypha (not written by him) such as the remainder of Infinity Watch, Cosmic Powers (including the brief Secret Defenders arc), and the Thanos clones stories (which also includes Waid's Ka-Zar story) of which Starlin does mention. Thanos solo does end with work by Giffen. Would be a big omnibus.
