Adding the soup, vegetable and barley bread together to make the Thareed meal, the favorite dish of the Prophet. What is الدباء Ad-Dubbaa’ the vegetable the Prophet loved to eat? Did the Messeger ever eat cooked onion?

Potatoes or tomatoes definitely would not have been used. They're from the Americas!

@LeafyCrimson 5:20 Imam Yasir already mentioned that it was not common to see certain veg we have today along with the Boston Squash (mini pumpkin) he showed.

There is always something racist when an Arab explain something. He highlight Yemen as the center of the spices and he refers “the other part of Africa”. He could easily acknowledge that only Hebesha(Ethiopia) or ashaabul phil who were the ruler of Yemen introduced the spices and coffe in the Arabian golf. Arabs were good traders and traders had nothing to grow but to move around. I had enough if this Arabcentrism even when Islam or prophet Muhammad life is explained.
