Most points are skilled enough to have a good post game. Point guards are typically the most skilled with the most touch and feel on the team. So against players of similar sizes they should be able to post up and easily do all the fancy post moves.

3 Dribble Drill.... One of the best individuals drill. Helps one to learn the importance of getting to your spot in the halfcourt within 3 dribbles or less. Increases efficiency as well. The drill also helps defenders with understanding how to identify offensive players' comforts and go-to moves for space creation and dribble patterns.
