Can anyone explain what happens at 7:17 to a novice? I don't get why Sobhy gets to cancel the ball and Gohar has to serve again.

@@ahmednagi1702 Which in itself is quite ironic. However, for all intents and purposes she is American... lives there, has the accent and plays under the USA flag. If you go back and watch the games in front of the pyramids you'll see the non - Egyptians being applauded for making mistakes, yet rarely praised for a winning shot.
