I'm no expert but showdow boxing a heavy bag sounds useful never thought of that.. maybe if you want to train on distance awareness and how not smother yourself? Getting just the top of your glove to touch the bag everytime without actually applying force sounds like precision punching who knows..

You lose that Hunger and Work Ethic and you get beat up. Floyd 100's of Millions of dollars later never lost it. Bernard Hopkins fought until he was 50+ and never lost that Drive. Canelo for as much money as he made surprised me that he is as dedicated as much as he is

Canelo, Chocolatito, Crawford, Loma, Uysk all current P4P champions or ex champions that maintain the focus for years. Most fighters do your examples like Iron Mike are an extreme minority. Most top level guys maintain until they’re done, especially below 154.

The Difference between Bussiness(B) and Profession(P) is That (B) doesn't Require a person to have a specific qualification. He turned down 12 weeks and did the 10 week testing, and vada required a minimum of 8 weeks for testing.

Where's the proof cause in Mexico a lot of athletes have gotten cought with clumbeterol from soccer players to basketball players even NFL players when they play in Mexico and eat meat there they all test positive but for some reason Canelo is the only one cheating even though he gets tested more than any other athlete in the world and has been clean ever since.
