In Reina's rage art you can see a demonic shadow with Heihachi's silhouette. Reina has been described as having a "dual nature", which could mean the presence of a dark entity within her. Heihachi, seeing the power of the Hachijo, tried to steal it or replicate it to use it to his advantage, so he captured Ogre, Kazuya and Jin and experimented on them. His experiments were a success. He obtained his own version of the Devil Gene loyal to the Mishima, believing it to be the only way to combat the Hachijo demons. After linking his bloodline with those powers, he had numerous children whom he indoctrinated to use as weapons against Kazuya and Jin in case he failed in the attempt, Reina being one of them. As additional information, Harada recently declared on Twitter that Heihachi has 9 confirmed children and it is suspected that he may hace between 18 and 25, which would confirm his intention to create a platoon of demons. Furthermore, according to Yoshimitsu's biography for Tekken 8, the Mishima were a clan of ancient exorcists, so Heihachi would have obtained the esoteric knowledge necessary to control those powers and link them to his descendants. Finally, it would be possible that Jinpachi had been an experiment by Heihachi in a first attempt to link a Mishima and a demon, but the symbiosis and control over the demon would not have gone well at all. Surely the new story arc of the next Tekken will revolve around the fight against the other possessed descendants of Heihachi. That's my theory.

Funny that you brought up reincarnation… I just looked up her VA (Asami Seto) and you wouldn’t believe what I’ve found: She’s apparently played Raphtalia, Nobara & Bunny Girl Senpai herself, Mai Sakurajima! So yeah, in a way she’s Raphtalia reincarnated, then possessed by grandpa Heihachi.

Man, my dad who only ever had sons was always gelaous of his best friend who only ever had daughters. Cause me and my bros don't care about our old man that much after we moved out, but his best friend always gets calls from his daughters to check up on him. xD In case of the Mishimas, that concept tracks pretty well xD

Yk what I just realized? Heihachi basically achieved what he wanted. Jin, Lars, Lee, Claudio, Jun, Alisa and Reina are all hunting Kazuyas ass. Might count in Zafina, who knows. And probably raven according to the story trailer? Maybe he'll team up with Victor too lol. And seeing how Hwoarang was also part of the story, he is in it too. Sadly Shaheen isn't part of it, but he would've probably tried to get him too xD And Jin has absolutely no interest to continue the Devil Gene. Yeah, I think Kazuya is done for good lmao

I mean why else add DJ if he is just there for show? They also could have added in Heihachi then in that case xD And as for the second one, not really sure though. The more I look at her, the more I begin to suspect that she isn't Heihachi's daughter, and more of an apprentice we just haven't seen before. Were any of the "daughter" rumors officially confirmed yet? Heihachi did train Jin for a time, so it wouldn't be unlikely for him to have taught other people

Reina is like Asuka in a way look wise but her stance makes me think of a turtle. She seems like a fun cool character to use. I hope we get Gon as dlc that would be amazing. Cool video. ^_^
