can anyone explain why he dont put the level in bear right away?

Bear has a weird mechanic where if you level it basically resummons the bear. If you look closely you can see the bear "dying" when you level it and a new bear being created. This means that if bane ults the bear (or basically any other stun is casted on the bear) and you level it, it will break the stun completely. It is very strong mechanic but can only be used 3 times per game. Hope this makes sense

Basically, its a very strong dispel and refresher on the bear upon leveling the skill. Gives you a chance to double root and dispel spells such as necro ult
