A quick tutorial on how to make magnetic wagon loads for your model railway!
A while back you may remember I did a little tutorial on how you could easily make coal load inserts for your wagons and one of the benefits was that they were removable. However removing them could be a bit tricky unless you fancied turning the wagon upside down and shaking it! Not ideal if you've got a whole train of full wagons.
Lately I've been using magnets attached to the loads which has made removing the coal inserts a much quicker job and in this video I'll walk you through the very simple steps so you can replicate this yourself. It's certainly benefitted me and now I can spend less time faffing around with wagons and more time running trains!
