Oh my days. I do not know where to start. A lot I shared this day, I’ve never really shared on any public platform because I wasn’t comfortable (not even on my platforms) so a huge thank you Mpho & Caiah for creating such a warm space for, not just me, but so many others as well. This was such a necessary conversation and I am truly blessed and grateful to have been a part of it. Late to the party because my body was glitching a bit last week lmfao but ahh this was worth the wait ♥️♥️

I think Caiah and Mpho don't understand how much we need them everyday 😭❤. It's already painful to spend six days without a new episode, so when more days are added that's an emotional damage on it's own😔💔. This is a safe space for some of us 😭🫂❤, we get healing at some point and we become better versions of ourselves 🥺❤. Can we just have an episode every week 🥺❤ some of us we get to be happy and forget about how difficult this life is by just listening to you🥺❤ You guys have a huge impact in our lives 🫂🫂❤ and you are highly appreciated for that😭❤. We love you guys a lot😫❤

It is so beautiful to tap into different facets of myself weekly catalyzed by you ladies. I am truly humbled at how God is using you both as vessels for healing our generation. What a beautiful podcast. Thank you so much ❤️

My childhood trauma is the need for academic validation. When i was in primary my father would pressure me so much and nothing was ever good enough for him . I was constantly compared with other learners .Right now i feed off academic validation, no mark is ever good enough for me . I cry at getting a missed distinction and it feels like my world is over😢

Coffeenomilk when it came to traumas she just described me, this is what I’ve been going through but didn’t have the words for it and people used to think I’m a people pleaser but it was a trauma response of me trying to make things perfect or be perfect for the next person so they wouldn’t shout or insult me because I couldn’t take it

Using trauma to justify wrong actions: Whenever my mom did anything to my sis and I people would justify it because shes a widow. Id also bully people in primary because of trauma. Please never leave us again this show actually heals my inner child. Caiah , Mpho and Clarissa are the big sisters I never but wished had🥺💕💕

Clarissa 🤦I have similar childhood trauma sis. My mom stayed through it all and my God I relate so much to what you shared cause I also had to walk on egg shells around my father and thst kept me in this bubble of feeling small wherever I am. I just joined the worship team at my church last week and I felt like I didn't even deserve to be on that stage when it's everything I've ever wanted. It manifested in so many areas in my life and thank you for making me aware of where it sterms from. God is working within me with building my confidence and affirming myself that I'm worthy of being heard and one day I'll have a platform to share my story too to encourage others the way you did for me❤

This podcast is HUGE ! ❤ Rampedi Media, please be a little more professional, check mics before the podcast starts ( the interference during the show is a bit disturbing) and please ensure the set is quiet out of respect for the girls, cause they doing great. Lastly, it would be great to keep a consistent schedule, if Mondays don't work out for you any more, let us as the audience know and be consistent with whatever other day is convenient for yall.

First of all, I commend you guys for being able to speak out publicly about your traumas like that (not even the president can get this information out of me) especially with it being on such a big platform. That is very powerful and it makes people like us who can't speak out to save our lives feel very validated and realize that we are not alone, we're not the first people to go through such and definitely not the last, so thank you. Secondly, not a single tear was shed, I believe that you guys are on the right path with healing and God is right there next to you guys. I relate to each of what you spoke about, all of it, I been through it and it's harder to heal when it is very much still my reality. I am trusting God with everything though, He has never failed and He won't start with me. This is really a great podcast and a very validating voice if I can say, especially for black girlies in South Ahh, so kudos to you guys, you are literally doing the Lord's work and may He expand your territory because you are definitely called for this.

i wanted to comment on the point of forgiveness, so i was watching Rorisang Thandekiso’s Thursday lives and she was speaking on forgiveness. I understand that it can be hard to forgive sometimes but we MUST bc God brought His only Son into the world in order to take away our sins, basically forgiving us. Now, it is a MUST for us to forgive just as God forgave us. You can read about the story of forgiveness in Matthew 18:21-35.

Yoh the sacrifice conversation especially lifestyle and love life is really a hard one and what Caiah explained is exactly how it feels(that time you had the best according to your standard and not God's), when you go through it and having to let go and trust God completely it's really really hard. Jesus warned us that he didn't come for peace but division of the world and also gives us peace that surpasses our understanding.
