Interesting that macanta gets the mention, while the more established neighborhoods of diamond ridge, sapphire pointe, / maher ranch are not mentioned. The 20-25 years of landscaping in these more mature areas offers a lot more privacy, better lot sizes. I'll just say that gemstone park is the only hint that these neighborhoods have hidden value / treasures within.

Are there any illegal migrants coming to CR like there is in Denver? I don’t see how hoards of illegal migrants can live in CR because it’s a modern town and the amount of buildings that could be used for accommodation for them would be severely limited.
