It appears you never made it to Hilton Head; the footage is filled with footage of Charleston, SC, and footage which appears to be a mix of the USVI and Italy. If you have footage of mountains in the frame, it ain’t HHI.

Anything in Texas is a joke. I lived in S.E. Texas for 40 years. Between Taxes, utility costs, and homeowners' insurance my retirement was getting smaller and smaller. I moved to Delaware and have much more money in my pocket. As for Katy Texas traffic there is horrendous, especially at rush hour. As for Delaware, there is no sales tax whereas the sales tax in some locations is close to 10%. Delaware has incredibly low property taxes and with the income tax Social Security is not taxed and the first $12,500 of retirement funds is exempt. As for the weather in the last 5 years, I have seen one measurable snowstorm.
