I would have thought Mary Boone and Sikkema Jenkins & Co. would have made this list.

Boone was definitely the defining art dealer personality of the 1980’s, but the clip is more focused on art dealers’ relevance in today’s market. Plus, we believe she had to shut down her two gallery spaces in ny and serve jail time on tax evasion..
