How to rework Singed. Instead of a shield, give him a giant mutated arm. The only reason he has the shield is because they need to communicate he's a tank, but he doesn't use it for anything in his kit. But a giant arm, yeah of course he's toss you with it. Might even use it to run around faster like a lobsided gorilla. But he has complete control over it, which would honestly be kind of scary.

i think shaco being a demon of chaos would be cool and in terms of what feeling he may feed on maybe confusion and indecisiveness as the shaco we know now in lol is known for baiting you in and getting out of bad spots with his q and making you second guess rather you are hitting him or his clone aka making you confused and indecisive on how you want to approach him which is very fitting for a chaos demon

I think it would be really fitting for Shaco to feed off of panic. Similar to fear but where as people can be afraid and still be right of mind carry out actions, panic is of course opposite where people would react and behave in the worst way possible in situations of fear and distress.

Varus needs voicelines, and it’d be nice if they made some emphasis on the darkin aspect of him that translated to his kit, maybe his q having different effects depending on much you charged it, 3 levels of charge to represent the 3 people living in him, varus should have definitely been a honorable mention, i know back in the day they just made him a darkin for him to have lore, and it kinda wasn’t planned, but what they did to his lore actually has a lot of potentially to make a great character, but right now he isn’t a character :c

The new model is so adorable!! The simplicity of the old one was a great design, but for this purpose something more expressive works better. Also my vote for honorable mentions that didn't make the list are probably Gragas for obvious reasons, and J4 because I hate his stupid armor so much. Even LoR couldn't fix J4 for me.

Firstly i would like those LoR tangents. Love the game need more people talking about it. Secondly, LoR is cannon imo. One time-traveler isn't something that should ruin all the colorful characters or not be retconned to just not reply to king Jarvan. Thirdly, Shaco in my head cannon is the demon of deceit (Since everyone has to be a "demon") feeds on confusion and he is from Camavor what why he didn't have lore yet. Like look at their cloths. Ever since Viego revealed the place a bit, Shaco (imho) should had been from there.

one time i thought of veigar rework concept where instead of stacks he has an "evil plan" with "steps" requiring to do different tasks and giving you a permanent upgrade when you complete each "step" and another one when you finish all "steps" in the "evil plan" and you could also have the stack system to give a currency to finish "steps" faster or empower the rewards you get from them

I think a good way to take Shaco is to have him be a toy that Zoe animated and then lost or abandoned. He's violent and sadistic either because of some warped trickery of the Aspect of Twilight, or he was corrupted by the Void or some other malicious influence. Having him be a living construct-being could give him some cool interplay with Gwen and Tibbers, perhaps Galio too.

9:10 i always thought that yordles only physically age when they arent in bandal town. Like kled is probably younger than heimer but since hes more noxian culturally and chills in desserts he looks older than heimer. Heimer is starting to go out more which is why hes starting to age more physically etc. Idk tho

I think some characters only need Visual Updates, like Olaf looks pretty old, but his gameplay is cool, you really feel like a berserker while playing with him. Veigar looks awful, but his gameplay is fun and can stay the way it is. Same can be said of Corki, Kassadin and stuff. I would love if they took an year off releasing champions, or just release 1-2, and do a complete overhaul on the older roster.

Synged actually presents a unique opportunity for a new type of rework, I think Annie also falls under this where Riot can do something called a "progression rework" Annie is a kid who eventually grows up and Synged is a mad scientist trying to get a new body I see no reason why he can't succeed in doing so in a fantasy setting. It would be awesome to see them progress those 2 stories instead of letting them stagnate. How would Annie look older? What would Synged be like if he achieved his goal?

Nidalee being here is wild for me. One of my fave kits. Plenty of counterplay, good passive, varied without being overloaded. Once oppressive in the meta but now pretty chill. Would hate to see it reworked, particularly considering the current flustercuck design ethos and clumping it with the likes of shyvana, vlad and malphite is just insane.

Shaco should feed on hysteria and he would be everywhere in runeterra: in demacia he can feed from the ones who enjoy torture mages, in noxus he can feed from all the madmen that crave fighting same for the freljord with volibear and sejuani's tribes, in piltover and zaun people got litterally insane over technology, he could free viego to make him pursue his mad love, he can feed from the greed of pirates and cutthroats in bilgewater. Ionia would probably be the only place where shaco has trouble feeding and that's fitting

To give you idea about Singed redesign. Just make story that Singed finally catch up to Warwick and try to capture him and get mangled in the process (and Warwick will just run away to reganarate or something). With this he can get chemtech arm and replace his shield. It will make sense in game too, because how he can lift with this skinny arms, but metal arm... Rest of skins what ever they can stay like that, because there is no reason to change them. May be making the canister on his back smaller so it wount look so goofy. Rest i would make animations carry it. He can have differnt walk cycles if he is in and out of combat, like taking notes or mixing potions and when he is in combad his chemtech arm will acually transform in to a shield to show "i am ready to rumble". To be honest it will probably take some work on riging the model of him to acually make it work so Riot wont probably make it.

Quinn really ought to have a rework. She's ass to play against right now, and her design is just... bland. LoR did a nice lore touchup by introducing the Demacian rangers as, like, a club of crusty public servants who spend far more time alone with their familiars than with any other people; I think it'd be nice to lean into that. And, y'know, take her out of top lane.

I would enjoy it if you also gave your perspective on how could they rework them, for instance make Corki into an crazy old yordle that loves blowing stuff up bec he still thinks that he’s assistance is needed for protection but actually can take down an Noxus army by itself, they can give him that artillery kind of gameplay that is all about unloading your ammunition while bringing chaos or how Shaco can be the demon of joy (I actually like the idea he joining the black rose) and maybe can have an range dagger throwing ability that can be spammed like xayah but can become invisible frequently like khazix ult but you will see shaco if he activates another ability for a short time, I would remove the free flash, that’s personally the most un fun thing to be against shaco.

The best thing they could do for Singed is have his combining two bodies experiment work and have that just be his new model while keeping the gameplay and having older Singed be a skin.

loving the VGU nikkyboi! my input is i really love playing Cho and malphite both are in my 5 most played, but a skin is really needed for both...malphite needs a bit of CC, his Q needs a straight rework and he feels weak for such a huge part of the game and please, please make him looks partially man made, give him those cool triangular shapes that we see in some of the ixtali ruins art, like he regrows into those kind of shapes. cho's gameplay is fine by me, so i want his to be visual. corki and zilean are so incredibly uggers that i feel kinda sick from the harsh artstyle change compared to even the floor below them.

I think they are trying their hardest (not really) to make it seem like Shaco was the one who killed Isolde. She was killed by a poisoned dagger thrown at her, which is Shaco's E, Two-Shiv Poison. Gwen is a living doll and Isolde's creation, while Shaco is *implied* to also be a living doll, a gift for Viego (apparently). Now that we know that Camavor also has a rival country in Kathkan, it appears that there is a story building around Shaco. But the only one missing there is Shaco himself.

But making Shaco a Demon of Panic rather than any substantial, long-lasting emotion would work for his gameplay right now and any updates that could occur in the future. He sows panic in crowds and games and badabooies on top of you to make you have to react FAST, like panicking. Making him a Demon of Panic under the leash of the Black Rose wouldn't be a horrible idea I think

well they kinda did in wildrift for syvana , and now she back to be more of power farmer when new patch role in a week, so the wildrift syvana gimmick she get an additional effect on each ability on dragon form when she slay dragon ( and no dragon are repeat so one each dragon ) then because they now introduce elder dragon she probably get her pc passive back plus the new if she last hit something she gonna get stack and every 100 stack she can evolve one of her ability ( the effect are same like old passive ) kassawin wildrift also get his silence back.

Fun fact: we’ve recently gotten our first hint as to what yi’s goggles are! They’re most likely a kashuri artifact created by “The Maker”, the person who supplies Jhin. The goggle’s lens arrangement matches her relic owl (as can been seen in legion deserter’s art). What she want with yi is anyone’s guess, but with the Ionian champion left conspicuously absent in this LOR expansion cycle, we may learn soon.

Shaco: Demon of chaos, feeds on confusion/ bewilderment/ mental anguish/ agitation He is essentially The Black Rose's escaped Mewtwo x Gingerbread man. They had all the left over evidence of demonic formation from the Rune Wars (Eve, Zyra kinda, etc.), all the other demonic stuff going on surrounding Mordekaiser and his time in the Immortal Bastion, on top of sigil tech of taking magic from one and forcing them onto another (Rell). So... Shaco is an artificial construct that had demonic abilities placed into him as a tool, the unassuming doll come to life that could pass as an every day object but in reality is the most dangerous psyops generator. Over time and as he fed on victims breaking he gained a pseudo sentience, as is what happens when demons begin to take form. Shaco eventually woke up, escaped, and now roams Noxus/ Valoran, sowing seeds of chaos everywhere in order to feed on the shattering minds around him like a young fox or raccoon destroying everything as he comes into his own. He uses tricks, fear, lies, illusions and more to feed on the confusion and agitation he causes. The Black Rose is both trying to recapture him and observe what he's doing out there, possibly denying responsibility and becoming seen as a hero for thwarting a new demonic threat. Shaco wants freedom to be the demon he is this close from actualizing as, with no ability to understand (yet) that he was artificially made. Any other ideas?

What about a new region based on Old Agricultural Villages? They could not develop further because It would be surrounded by a dense mystic forest where Witches, Werewolves and all magic creatures of Nightmares live. This would resolve Shako's, Fiddlesticks's, Annie's (and other characters with this thematics) region. Bandle city (as a place of "dreams" and cuteness) would be closely related to this new region.

Imo Old champions existing in league in the state they were released in 10 years ago is the reason why people keep complaining about new champs' "Overloaded Kits" cuz if you compare champs like Viego, akshan and gwen to each other its fine, they all have a bunch of shit going on, but then if you compare them to older champs like Nasus, Maplhite or Kennen you just end up thinking "how the hell are these characters in the same game" and it feels like it too. My idea for amumu? Spirits like kindred are shaped by people’s beliefs in them. Yordles are spirits. Ergo, people telling the story of poor amumu is the reason he’s cursed in the first place. It’s lightly messed up and would give his character something to do.

For Corki, I think a fun idea would be to give him a copilot. Like maybe he’s this old yordle who everyone kinda just thinks is some crazy old man, but he has a grandchild or niece/nephew that looks up to him, so they fix up his old plane/helicopter and take to the sky’s to relive his past days. It would give some wholesome Miyazaki or ‘Up’ vibes that we don’t have much of in game. Also they could shout dumb military jargon at eachother and I think that would be funny
