It just occurred to me they could’ve easily tied Shaco to Camavor with the Ruination event. Literally the only lore he has is that he was owned by a now dead prince. Viego had a deceased older brother, hence why he was expected to take over as king. If you want to give Shaco easy lore, just make him Viego’s older brother’s doll and have him gain sentience due to the Ruination. If Gwen can come to life this way, why can’t Shaco? Plus, since the lore team said on Twitter the other day that Gwen’s Hallowed Mist is the same as Maokai’s life magic, having Shaco with his dark magic arise from the Ruination the same way Gwen did gives her an interesting opposite in the lore.

You could make Ledros some kind of Support Juggernaut or something (just like how pyke is a support assassin), and while he would struggle a bit in the laning phase with his lack of mobility, he could benefit A LOT from kalista's kit, especially her ultimate.

Chip cannot be banned in champ select. He doesn’t have a death animation, and instead wanders around the map until he is recalled to base. Chip deals only emotional damage because he is too adorable to fight. He can’t fight you, but you can’t fight him either, because he’s wok solid. He’s got 10000 armor and magic resistance, and every time you select him both teams win. It’s always a win when you see Chip.

I think Cithria and Ledros are honestly some of the most interesting characters Riot has made, and sidelining them to OP Followers in LoR seems like a nerf they don’t deserve.

I would personally love the Iron Boar to eventually become a champion since not only would all the freljord gods be in league but also rework udyr having all his stances being the freljord gods brings a lot of potential for interactions once rework udyr finally comes out.

Personally I look forward the most to having a mageseeker in lol, it feels like they're important to demacia yet have no representation in game. Demacia also gets represented as a bit too good with sylas being painted as a villain while he is sort of the victim too so it would be nice to have a definitive demacian villain, maybe like a mage hunter that is known for being the best of the best and is determined on hunting lux now that she left.

When Nicky talked about the Frostguard guy, I realized we haven't gotten a Freljiord champion since Ornn, and a proper "ice wielder" of some kind since Braum. Braum came out in 20-fucking-14, and Ornn 2017. What is going on? It's strange because I haven't even heard about this issue before. This is such a massive oversight.

I’d love to see Scarmother Vrynna in LoL, because I feel we need someone else truly loyal to the Winter’s Claw, instead of just loyal to Sejuani herself, for similar reasons to Draklorn. It’s pretty biased towards Avarosans in Freljord champs. Plus buff woman with actual scars. Other than that, yeah, my top choice is CAPTAIN FARRON and VON YIPP. Rahvun is also really cool, just so we can have someone actually like. Uncompromisingly loyal to the Solari. A nearly villainous Targonian that believes he’s right, since the Solari are, ya know, villains, but both the current Solari are heroic.

I think top lane would be better for Ledros because in lore he's constantly chasing after Kalista only for her to not remember him and disappear again. Top lane would be perfect for him showing up sometimes to help her but he's not as important to her. At around LV.10 he should have his voicelines with Kalista change for him to forget her so eventually he forgets her as well, just as they're reunited.

I personally would LOVE to see the Maker as a support character for, as an example, Jhin. She is some sort of a weapon crafter, if I am not mistaking, so to see her buffing her allies' attacks with some mechanisms and controlling enemies with threads and a hilarious amount of arms would look REALLY awesome.

I'm surprised you didn't mention any of the Marai. I'd love to see some more Marai in the game. Specifically Ai'la, Loto, or Marai Greatmother.

Von Yipp would be amazing. Although, I don't think the robot should be his normal form. That should be his ult. Normal form, he could well be in one of various forms though. He have cards depicting him as a half machine, as in a scuba tank, as... Wait, better idea. What about he's a flex champ? At the start of the game, he picks an *evolution* and fills based on that. So the mech suit? Tanky Top. Scuba? ADC attacker. Half-mech? Midlane *mage* using electricity. Sure some would troll with this, but it would be mighty cool.

And his design looks nothing like the one he has in LoR so that means they don't mind completely forgetting Legends of Runeterra designs... And he's one of the most hated champs in the game... With the amount of cannons that Rex have on his back, I like to think that Gangplank's ult is just Rex firing in the distance, his boat only helps as well after you get the upgrades with the silver serpents

Alright here me out now: riptide Rex is an artillery specialist adc The pair function like spotter and shooter and they just pelt and exhaust enemies with splash damage and bouncing attacks. Like a fusion of Trist and ziggs. Slow attack speed BUT large range and does splash damage. Q: a front facing barrage of cannon fire that knock back enemies like road hogs ult from overwatch- could make a really good disengage tool W: toogle between planted/mobile mode. Planted gives you more range and has your attacks consume mana to essentially become a turret that fires ziggs Qs mobile is- you get to walk around. E: something silly like you accidentally fire the Yordle at the enemy adc and he blinds them for a second, OR he actually silences a random ability from whoever he hits, except R but randomly turning off q w or e would be super cool. Think about this for his ult: he turns into an urf cannon. You have to toggle his planted mode so he’s immobile but your allies can load themselves onto your cannon and fire themselves INTO the enemy dealing damage on impact. He could be a really unique unorthodox artillery adc that excels with beefy front line engage comps. And his dialogue would be fun as hell too

I would love to see ava in league and i think that a passive for her would be that she can carry one more item because of her backpack, so she can have like potions or wards or even an item once she's full build, maybe is too op but it would be a cool passive in my opinion

I like that there are a lot of LoR characters that AREN'T really champ material, I feel like it fleshes out the world more. But I also think there are many good candidates for Champions. I think it will happen eventually but I am surprised it hasn't yet tbh

Honestly I could Jack, The Winner being a really cool way to bring the concept for Tabu the Voodoo Shaman back from the dead. There's a lot I think can you do by taking that gameplay concept and matching it with Jack's aesthetics. Also my only problem with adding a Mageseeker is, given how the story of Demacia is written, I'm afraid such a character would resonate with the wrong people if you catch my drift.

Here's a go at a ledros kit assuming he'd be a support. Passive King's Shield- When ledros damages an enemy champion, they are marked. An ally can pop the mark with damage, shielding them both. Cooldown is reduced for each enemy he ccs. Q Revenant's Cry - Ledros shouts, dealing magic damage in a short range aoe and fearing enemies in the area. W Relentless - Ledros marks his current location, gains some movement speed and is ghosted for a few seconds. He can recast the ability to blink to the marked location. E Fearsome Presence - An aura appears around ledros with a medium range, enemy champions in the aura take magic damage over time and are slowed if they move away from him. R Blade of Ledros - With medium-short range, (think lulu w) ledros flings his blade/does a garen ult kinda thing dealing 50% current hp magic damage to a target enemy champion, the target can't restore health over the amount they're left at for a few seconds.

They really have to make 'The Maker' into a champion ASAP! I just love her concept with all of her hands. She is the true Melee ADC with hands all along, not that fucking 200 years abomination.

I do not follow Legends of Runeterra, however, as soon as I saw Rex come up I thought of how they could have similar abilities to the Dota 2 character Snapfire. Specifically a shotgun and aimed mortar barrage would seem a good fit based off the design.

Okay, so. Devil's advocate time. I believe (as a HUGE Cithria stan) that these characters should NOT be put into League, for a variety of reasons. 1. I think it's cool that there is Runeterra-related lore that isn't part of League. League is no longer Riot GameSSSSS' only game anymore, and the growing stable of games set in Runeterra that are expanding on its lore outside of League really serve to make the world of Runeterra richer and decouple it from the game that originally led to its creation. League doesn't have to be all-encompassing - in fact I'd prefer it not to be because... 2. League of Legends is HORRIBLE for telling stories. The reason I love Cithria and Corina so much is because Legends of Runeterra was able to show - over the course of several expansions - how they developed as characters and *became* legends. (I still maintain that Astute Academic is who Corina used to be before she turned evil.) That kind of journey and development is something League would never be able to do justice to. On that note, Runeterra MMORPG when? 3. League's design space is already too cluttered, thanks in large part to its own rule that no Champion can look too much like any other Champion, especially in terms of their overall silhouette. As mentioned in the video, Ledros would essentially be Spooky Leona. Rhasa the Sunderer looks too much like Hecarim. Ravun looks too much like Pantheon. Manasoul Student looks too much like Neeko. Khahiri would be some weird kinda split between Ekko and Kassadin. The only reason these characters exist in the first place is because they were made in a design space that is somewhat removed from League - if they were to be put into League they'd have to be changed, which could go well or poorly. ...That being said, if Cithria ever becomes a Champion I will buy ALL of her skins and Chromas. Also Mageseeker General yes please. Also General Du Couteau.

When we bully Riot into doing the Malphite VGU, he should walk around with Chip on his shoulder. For his Q, he throws Chip at the enemy, and they're slowed because they've got a little rock buddy clinging to them that's heavy as shit. And Malphite moves faster because he's worried about chip and wants to get him back.

Imagine if Professor Von Yipp WAS a Carry but it started as A SUPPORT that had to bide his time to become an ADC. Something that would work akin to Yuumi but would attack from the comfort of his support and is defenseless... THAT IS UNTIL HE REACHES A CERTAIN POINT. Kinda like Kayle, but I think he should be more geared (pun unintended) towards the way Victor with his old item used to be. Since the professor IS an inventor it makes more sense that he maybe has to bide his time being a "support" until he can build his mech and rein destruction as a 500 range adc. FEAR ME-OW

If we are talking seriously, chip would probably be something like Ivern or bard, something that subverts the normal expectation of the role. I imagine him like Murky from HotS, High mobility and utility, late game can be a Damage POWERHOUSE, but dies easilty, has its health capped, ressurects quickly and can ressurect outside the base (you shit a rock somewhere in the map, and when you die it becomes chip)

Mage seeker being specialized assassins, that specialize killing mages, either by silencing then for a long time or removing their mana, or hitting based on targets max mana or ap, would be amazing.

The problem with Ledros is that he is canonically 100% dead, he let Kalista kill him so she would recover her conciousness

Tyari as an enchanter that Q heals the target ally as like a line, and small aoe dmg for opponents on that line and around the ally. W creates a path that increases ally M.Speed and decreasing enemy ms. E puts a gem in either ally (which becomes barrier) or enemy,(that stuns after 3 atks). Their Ultimate tranforms into The Traveler and has enchanted Q (now can bounce up to 5 allies) W adds +Atk.Speed , more slow for enemies. E throws a gem that shatters in a cone, giving barrier to allies, dmging enemies and stun them after 3atks. :)

I want a Malphite rework where they put Chipp on his shoulder and he tosses Chipp as his Q and Chipp grabs you, that's why you're slowed and when the slow ends he runs back to Malphite

Completely serious Chip suggestion that I thought up awhile ago with a friend of mine, who is a Malphite onetrick: Chip shouldnt be his own champion, but when Malphite inevitably gets a VGU like he should, Chip should ride on his shoulder, and the voicelines should be both of them talking to each other. Imagine a dynamic kinda like Kayn and Rhaast, or Nunu and Willump That way, Chip can be in LoL, gets to still be associated with his Papa, and doesnt really need to actively fight, he can just be there for moral support He could technically be a part of the kit in some way, but I dont think hed even need to be realistically

I want the Durand Architect to be a character that has a statue follow him around the entire game, the architect is incredibly fragile and has no moves, but the statue is very durable and strong and keeps getting upgraded throughout the game, but always needs to be in a certain range of the architect.

Admittedly don't know much about LoR, learned about many characters from this. I now know that Von Yipp exists and I want him too

My top 2 are identical to your top two lol. I've had von Yipp (Catastrophe) as my avatar in LoR since the beginning, and I don't plan on ever changing that. I also love Vrynna so much and would love to see her become a champ, she's so badass, but I know they would never add her because she's too similar to Sejuani. Awesome list overall, would get zero complaints from me if they added any of them. My top picks that you didn't mention: I'd love to see another Fae added (besides Yuumi). There are a lot of neat designs and they could really go wild with creativity. I also wonder what a poro champion would be like.

Personally, I think Corina Veraza, Cythria and Daani would make awesome champions for LoL. Corina is like a mix between Zyra and Renata Glasc, she looks super cool, could master plants and/or poison, is linked to Zaun and the Chembarons, is a rival of Caitlyn, there's a lot of reasons for her to be a great addition to the game and my personal favorite from LoR. I love her appearance and what I can imagine her personality to be like, I could see her as a very cool mage for mid lane and support. Cythria, I mean, with her number of cards and the fact that we saw her evolve into what she's become, plus her nice design and her links to other characters, the density of her lore, it seems kinda obvious that she will eventually join LoL and I hope it'll happen. The fact that she has a flying mount and looks like a female Garen kind of thing is really dope, she'd be great as a top laner and/or jungler. And Daani, oh man I gotta say, I just love his design. The idea that Neeko thinks she's the only one left of her race while Daani is still alive, just leaving in a totally different place is great, and I really like his "femboy" (don't know if that's an offensive term) look. Like, he's not masculine at all, he looks very feminine and very cool, which is a type of character we don't have in LoL. He seems very colourful, eccentric, funny and positive, very careless and carefree, idk I just feel like he's very unique and would make an awesome champion in LoL, as a mage or supp and mid lane like Corina. BUT we know Neeko likes girls and Daani "looks" like he likes boys so I don't think they could save their race. :p These three are definitely my favorites, although I do like Ledros and I think it'd be cool to have him in LoL. And I agree, with his sword and his shield he may look similar to Leona but at the same time his design is REALLY different than hers and as long as his capacities are different, I don't think there'd be any issues. Oh, and also, Jack looks really cool and I'd love him in LoL, he looks very different from Sett on a design point of view, so their similar attitudes would not be a problem for me. And we know he's not a Vastaya, he's "something else", which I find kinda cool and mysterious. At the moment when I'm writing this, it is currently August of 2022 and Nilah came out a few weeks ago. At this point, all we know for 2022 last champion(s) is that we're gonna get a top laner, and that Bel'Veth isn't the "monster" champion of this year, so we may have one or two more champs before 2023. My hopes are that we're gonna get two more champs in 2022, especially since Zeri and Renata Glasc, then Bel'Veth and Nilah were all released by pair, sort of, since there was always a very short period of time between their releases. I would love the two last champs of 2022 to be Cythria as the top laner we're expecting or as a jungler, and Jack as the "monster" champ, which could be a top laner or a jungler as well. We know that the reason why we've had only female champions from Vex to Nilah is because Riot want their champions to be 50/50 males and females and I think it's a very good thing, but they should release more female characters over time while giving us male characters from time to time until the 50/50 has been achieved in my opinion. So if they were to add Cythria then Jack, it'd be nice ! We'd have another female character, and then finally a male character which would change from the champs we've had this year. I really hope those two characters will eventually become champs, but Corina Veraza and Daani are my personal favorites, and Ledros would make an amazing champ as well. I think this would be great to see characters who were "born" in LoR become champions in LoL, plus skins that are exclusive to Wild Rift and LoR coming to LoL would be cool as well ! But anyway, I really love Corina as a character so I hope one day she'll become a playable champ in LoL, and Daani would be absolutely amazing as a champion, he looks way too cool and unique to be left out. Now to talk quickly about what I would personally like to see as new champs in LoL : - A male Marai : I get that when Riot released Nami, they wanted to bring a mermaid to the game, but she's more than just a concept, she's the member of a Vastaya sub-race, and I would love to see a male Marai that may have a connection to her, like they're friends and he's looking for her since she left a long time ago, idk. - A race of Vastaya characters who look half-human half-snake/lizard (think about the Sethrak race in World of Warcraft, but with normal human faces). Like a brother and a sister who are like that and are released at the same time like Rakan and Xayah ; I just think reptilian characters always look super cool. - A champ who controls sand, I just love this power. - A champ who controls wasps, like, they have wasp wings on their back and they can materialize wasps and use them to fight their ennemies, idk, controlling insects is such a cool power. - A vampire : we know that the original plan was for Rakan and Xayah to be a couple of vampires, and I would love to see one or two vampires added to the game, as although we already have Vladimir, he's mostly just a mage that learned how to control blood and make himself immortal, but he cannot change into bats/crows and doesn't drink blood so technically he's not actually a vampire. - A champ that basically uses a kind of magic that needs them to dance to use it (yeah, I know, no one except me would like this idea). Rakan is a dancer, but his capacities don't look like he's dancing, and Irelia kinda looks like a dancer I guess, but I would really love a character which capacities have moves that make them look like they're dancing while using their magic. - A champion which moves on rollerblades ; it's really just because I think it'd look cool. When I was playing Overwatch (a long time ago since Blizzard totally abandoned their Overwatch players) I loved Lucio, a character that slides on rollerblades and I think it'd just look very nice. - I would love to see more Vastaya races, based on snakes/lizards like I previously mentioned or bats, scorpions, wasps, spiders, cats, beavers, rabbits, idk, I would love to see lots of different types of Vastaya but I would also like to see more Vastaya characters that are similar to the ones we already have. Like I mentioned, a male Marai like Nami, and ofc Daani like Neeko, or Sett, Ahri, or even another member of the same race as Rakan and Xayah. Idk, I just love Vastaya champs. I gotta say, the idea of a bat Vastaya seems really cool to me. - Yordles that look cool, and not just funny and goofy. Like, Lulu, Teemo, Tristana, Rumble, etc, they all look ridiculous and goofy to me ; the only "cool" Yordle I can think of is Vex but it's not even what I'm thinking about. I'd love to see some male and female Yordles who look cool, serious, ready to kill anything coming their way, like a Twisted Fate, a Viego, a Senna or an Evelynn kind of attitude if you see what I mean. - Maybe characters from other, unkown races ? We know the world of LoL is not made only of humans, Vastaya and Yordles, like Jack from LoR for instance who is "something else", so it'd be cool to see a brand new race coming to the game, with several champions from this new race. - A satyr, either the demonic or the faerie kind. - Some druidic/shamans, native-american inspired characters, I just love this kind of things. - A cyclop, we ain't got one of those. Avallenda (Mage seeker), "The headmaster" Rules a school by day head of demacinan anti mage propaganda by night Ability set: Passive "Hush!": Every time an enemy champion uses an ability near Avallenda they are marked and her next ability on them deals bonus damage (scales with ap) Q "Hipocracy": Avallenda uses her magical cane to fire a bolt that does 150ap dmg, if this attack kills a unit it does splash damage in a small radius around it W "Well disciplined": Mage skeer (point click) silences the enemy for 0.75sec/ +0.25sec per level, if the enemy has the "Hush!" Mark her next ability also Immobilizes the enemy for 1.25 seconds E "Old bones": Avallenda can't move like she used to , so all movement speed effects are 30% less effective on her (doesn't include negative effects) but by activating her e enraged she gets a 40% movement speed buff decaying for 5sec (scales with movement speed) she also gets 20% attack speed and 20% ad damage buff (scales with ad) after 5sec this ability stops and she reverts back to her old stats R "Detention": Avallenda summons a cage putting all enemy champions in a 600 unit radius around her into detention, if they exit the cage they get slowed for 90% decaying over time and all their abilities are put on a 2min cool down (scales with ap), if the enemy has "Hush!" Mark applied they can't leave until after 2 seconds of the Ultimate lasttime I think this could work pretty good

I mostly agree with all of these but the most intresting one is probably captain farren he could be a tank with a lot of shield for his q he could use it 2 times smashing the ground with his first mace then after pressing e again he could take a step forward and smash with his other mace ,for his w a dash ability ,something like ornns e or alistars w would be cool ,and for his e I am thinking a passive like vi's w ,an ability that shreds armor and after hitting 3 times to a champion he stuns them (I confess this sounds a lot like sejus passive and alistars e) and the best part his ult, farren swings his mace just like how poppy does with her hammer, and after hitting the target the target gets blown away just like tristannas ult but if the target hits a wall, the target gets stunned. If the target hits one or more champion they all get stunned. I think this could be pretty awsome champion. My second thought is about Rahvun, I am a pantheon main and I like the desings of solarians and even if just by looking Rahvun I get goosebumbs, if he were added to lol it would be just another seraphine-sona disaster just like how seraphine is better Sona, Rahvun would be better Pantheon which I don't like the idea. I think Rahvun could be added to lol as a Pantheon skin under the name of Solarian Pantheon. For his, lor he just didn't left the solarian ways and still respect to the gods. For those who will say ''but pantheon hates gods'' I know,but the fricking solarian quenn Leona has a Lunar skin so why not a pantheon that still respects to the gods . In conculusion Atreus doesn't leaves solarians, he gets promoted to captain or general or whatever, he gets powers from gods as a gift then he changes his name as pantheon for tribute to the god of war.

Ava and Corina could be alternate skins for teemo and renata as legendary skins, changing their voicelines and animations. I mean, it wouldn't make sense bring them as champions since their spots are already occupied by others that can do basically the same things as they would. Of course, I would also love to see if riot can bring them to the game, without breaking the whole game as they did with nilah. I think we need another explorer champ thats for sure.

A couple thoughts: 1.) I don’t think riptide Rex really works because he’s basically just a way to have GP r in the game without making it a spell 2.) Mask Mother to me actually feels like a direct analog of Mask Maker from hollow knight, which makes me feel like she’s a Renata-esque support 3.) I think baccai, while cool, shouldn’t exist outside of xerath purely because they feel like discount ascended/darkin to me. Xerath works as an exception because of how powerful he is, but no other baccai seems to be close to that level from what we know

Imo, what if Rex as a jungler? A ranged jungler whos meant to be built like Graves and functions like him, but flimsier and longer range to compensate. And because hes a shark, maybe a passive or skill that makes him move faster or camoflauged on the river
