Take The Masterclass:
DeepGameBasketball.com
When you're training guys like Dennis Smith Jr. and Kevin Knox you have to use training that is proven to work. On Day 4 of EGT Live that's exactly the type of training their trainer, Nick Friedman, brought to gym for all of the players to do. This full ball handling warm-up is some of the same work he does with those aforementioned NBA players and, if you give it a shot, you'll see that it may be the BEST way to get a sweat going before your workout!
Disclaimer: Please consult a physician and follow all safety instructions before starting any type of training program. DeepGame Inc. and its coaches will not be held liable for any damages that may occur from training. Results are not typical, and only represent players who worked very hard. If you have any questions, reach out to us anytime at support@deepgamebasketball.com.

I'm a rising sophomore and was average on the freshman team this past season. My coach told me after the season ended that he doesn't think I'll make JV next year because he thinks all I am is a spot-up shooter who can't dribble. I can't wait to prove him wrong and this video is the first step. I've been using this workout for the past two weeks and my handles went from 0 to 100 real quick. The dribbling on the move at the end really helps. Thank you so much EGT.

I'm 43, never had actual instruction on how to dribble the ball. I've always played growing up, was decent on my own, been doing workouts like these watching on youtube, been about a week and a half, already, i've never handled the ball better. These kids are gonna be nasty if they keep it up, change the game with it.

Where was this Cat when I was a kid in the 80's? Genius/Beautiful/ Respectful.. That is what I wished for from a coach when I was a kid. This better be happening everywhere. Brilliant..... Please dont stop what you do, it is important... Alot of ways than you know, You Empowered those Cats... Coolest thing You could ever do, is: Empower Somebody you dont know. You know Why? Because nothing is about You..... Keep it up Please.
