I have a colorado with the 3.7l i5 and it’s amazing. The 3.7 is only on the 2007 and up models the ones before it had a 3.5l. There was also a 4cyl option which is likely what most of the cheap ones are. Love the vid and can’t wait for the integra build i want one so badly

Correction, the tiburon (through 03-08) has a V6, which some of the popular mods for it was a Eaton Supercharger

Hey just wanna correct this but the crown Vic has a 4.6L not 4.9L. The 239hp was the police interceptor spec, otherwise it came with a lousy 175hp for that heavy boat lol.

Im in my last year of highschool and the car I decided to start with an electron blue 2000 Honda Civic coupe I picked up for $800CAD as a roller w/o seats/interior. Do I regret it yet? Not really. Would I recommend starting with a roller? Hell nah unless you've done a few comprehensive projects in the past and have a decent sized budget. I'm already 3k in, flat broke and still dont have the engine in it yet (I have a k20 for it atleast tho)

Anything reliable, mainly from Japan, will be great options as long as they are old enough. I was fortunate enough to buy a 99 F150 XLT with the 5.4L Triton V8 for 3k from a private owner. It didn't have AC and was fortunate enough to get a deal on getting it working again. Cost me 2k on that but I'm happy. I'm not looking to keep it clean as I plan to turn the back into a camper. I need a vehicle with over a foot of ground clearance because of some flooding and snow in the area. I do plan to make some changes and have changes planned but most I'll do on the outside is rust treatment and stickers. I do want to slap a super on it as that alone adds 100HP. Stock is 260HP so that's a considerable jump. I don't have money for the Triton V10 or any vehicle with it, but I would definitely buy and swap the 5.4L V8 for the V10 and would slap a super on it just to compete with the SRT10, but if I'm going to be honest Viper engines are superior thanks to the hemi design.

I really wonder what this generation of kids thinks of 80s and 90s cars. When I was a student (I graduated in 1997), any Honda was pretty nice, especially second gen Preludes, Efs, or Accords. The CRX was also pretty sweet. These days though, do kids still appreciate these cars? I know cars from the 60s and 70s weren't really that popular unless it was a muscle car.
