what is interesting the gippsland service City bound had to wait for the Metro service to depart on one of the platforms where the train from Traralgon had to set down. has this changed since this station has opened ?

Should have been 3 lines Caufield to Dandenong

Yes, metro trains now terminate at East Pakenham while V-line trains run express on dedicated tracks.

@@TeamEXAngus It was a smart way to stop the blockages at the same time as allowing a long terminus time (and expanding to the ends of the suburb for future growth!)

I would much prefer Pakenham And during the line it would say Pakenham or before arriving at Pakenham it would say Pakenham E or E Pakenham
