Hi naveen Im in my late twenties. This is an update. I usually dont comment like this but this time i wanted to share my experience. I took few resolutions in this 2024 one of them was taking good care of my skin. Im a fair skinned guy but due these many years of tanning, smoking and boozing i lost my fairness. I wanted to retain my original skin colour so i wanted to start skin care routine. but initially i was totally confused what to use for my skin bcoz i dont even know my skin type i was too afraid to use cosmetics on my skin because i have a clear skin my face has no acne clogs pimple scars. What if i use these chemicals and spoil my face so i hesited alot. i have never ever used any cosmetics in my life even i dont powder my face. Only thing i use is clean my face with body soap twice a day. In search, i saw your video first time after seeing all of your videos about skin care i got myself educated scientifically about skin care routine and got a huge clarity and i chose myself the products. after the patch tests done i started using these on daily routine along with some changes in food habits also i quit smoking and alcohol on jan 1st. For the first 2 weeks there was no changes in skin so i slowly lost interest in skin care but what to do with products i purchased so i decide to finish all of them. I continued to use them. Then also i didnt notice any changes neither got any results. A week before i attended one of my friend's marriage to my shocking surprise you know what happened all of my friends and their family told me that i become too fair suddenly and asked me whats my secret behind it i was shocked and also very surprised to hear all of those comments. That is where i came to know that my skin routine worked well since i was obessed with seeing my face in mirror daily to check any changes i didnt see no results. There is a huge difference in my skin tone colour within a month of regular use. Man your videos helped me. Thank you so much naveen❤ Till now i dont have any issues with my skin but Im thinking of to stop the routine for few weeks to check whether there is any effects if i quit skin care. I've been working on my skin care for 4 years and found some methods that really help my face skin appear great: 1. Stay hydrated with lots of water. 2. Apply fresh Aloe Vera gel on your skin before bed. 3. Cleanse your face with normal water and use litllextra riiceberry face wash wich contains black rice water and use it 2 times a day. 4. Drink karela and Loki juice to cleanse the body. 5. Lastly, stay happy! Your skin appears best when you're happy from inside.

Moisturizer mixed with retinol is more than sufficient. Outside temperature is around 12C and i barely go out for 20 min a day, sunscreen is not necessary.

Hi i think the Dr.Sheths sunscreen is not a mineral sunscreen it contains methoxycinnamate which is a chemical filter most brands use the chemical compound name so that it goes unnoticed. It would be nice if u read the ingredient list and researched a lil bit more about them .

Recent research has shown that any advantage Mineral sunscreens have is only over older chemical filters such as Avobenzone etc. However, there are newer advanced chemical filters such as Uvinul A Plus, Tinosorb, M Tinosorb S, Triasorb, Mexoryl which are extremely photostable and are better than Mineral Sunscreens. It would be nice if you could cover advanced filters in a separate video.

Your information is good and useful and thanks for that. But I just want to point out that your comparison photo of Day2 and Day60 does not make sense. One photo is taken inside a room and the other one in the day light which definitely makes the face appear brighter. If we compare the tone of your lips or ears in both photos(I don't think you apply the products there), one can easily find the effect of light in the photos. Both photos should have been taken in the same place with same lighting, then we could have seen the exact improvements.

Not advisable to mix moisturizer and retinol together, instead follow the sandwich method. APPLY a layer of moisturizer 1st ,wait for 10mins allow it to sink into the skin ,then apply your retinol ,wait for 10 mins and finish off with another layer of moisturizer.

For those of us with dry and sensitive skin types, both Tretinoin and Mineral Sunscreens can be extremely drying on skin. So it may be worth exploring Retinaldehyde and advanced chemical sunscreens instead. For exfoliation, Mandelic acid, PHAs and LHAs are great substitutes if you find salicylic acid too drying.

I would suggest minimalist sunscreen, it checks all the criteria here and also is 389 for the same 50gm as compared to sheth sunscreen which is around 470 for 50gm.

please add a cleanser in your routine. normal body soaps are harsh for your face skin. cleanser doesn’t have to be expensive too. if you want a cost effective cleanser then try simple face washes. they have wide range for oily, hydrating etc. it’s around ₹400 for 150ml and it lasts for 3 months. just a tiny drop and dilute it with water. also even if your sunscreen has hyaluronic and ceramides please use moisturiser and sunscreen separately. you can probably look for moisturiser that has other ingredients niacinamide, vitamin c, alpha arbutin etc that helps in dark spots and hyperpigmentation

Hi Doctor. Dermo sunscreen is not a pure mineral sun screen. It has both zinc oxide and benzophenon 3. It is a combination of mineral and chemical sunscreen. For doctor seths sunscreen i couldn't get ingredients list anywhere. I'll buy and check. Alternatively, Neutrogena sheer zinc is a pure physical sunscreen but it comes with a downside that it leaves white cast.
