For smooth glowing skin: 1 - Hydration is essential. It helps. Try to consume at least 2 liters water every day. 2 - Wash my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra daily. Although I sometimes skip due to impatience. While it works, daily application is crucial for results. 3 - I avoid any kind of soap etc. 4 - I avoid junk food. 5 - I do 30 minutes of exercise everyday. Together, all these steps helped me to get good glowing skin resulting in a complexion free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.

Washing your face regularly enhances its appearance. Apply a good facial wash and clean your face two times every day. I use only riiceberry face wash by litlextrra because it actually maintains the right pH balance and is very gentle. This avoids pimples and gives my skin a bright and better look throughout the day. Love the riiceberry face wash; it truly makes the skin smooth. Post using this, the skin will not feel dry. This has so quickly become my favorite facewash. I have been applying this for approx 26 days now. It is good for all skin types.

Hi doctor, Thanks for the awesome video. And i have a doubt, as you told retinoids enhances the production of collagen which helps in minimization of wrinkles. But I have keloid scars (guess those keloids are formed due to excess of collagen), So shall I use retinoids, i need a clarity in this.

I too have dry skin soap & moisturiser works just fine for me, hydrating facial cleanses are there with hyaluronic acid, brand name (CeraVe) search in amazon. but its a bit costly though! i think little bit more moisturiser will be enough i mean instead of applying 2 times go for 3 times. Hope it will help!

Hi Naveen, clear explanations … and after your video I checked my moisture,sunscreen and retinol(prescribed) tubes all matches with your recommended ones .. infact I don’t know that these are good ones to use … as cerave was friend bought from UK (free) 😅 sun screen and retinods are prescribed ones and makes wonders in face …. Started to use theses combo past 2 months now and face is clear and abruptly seen results …. Recommend everyone to use these ❤

Dr. Can you upload a specific video on retinoids, cause adapalene is quite hard to find in India? I want to treat my acne and I hope many suffer from the same problem, can you clearly explain all 4 types of retinoids and how to properly apply them and uses them and do you offer tretinoin to use? isn't it quite active when compared to other retinoids and has the most side effects? And I have a doubt to clarify: Can I use a salicylic acid cleanser with retinoid(ex: tretinoin 0.05 or 0.0025) Will it bring more flakiness, dryness, or irritation?

Sure u can use, I apply vitamin c serum daily and I use tretinoin thrice a week, but u need to suggest a doctor about tretinoin usage for your skin type

What are the sources for retinol and hyaluronic acid...? Retinol is present in papaya, tomatoes, milk, cheese etc.. Hyaluronic acid is present in organes, lemon, soy, bones etc.. Oelic acid, linoleic acid, stearic acid is present in castor oil.. A nice natural papaya skin or Tomoto skin scrub on the face and all over body with milk or curd and washing off with a gram flour or green gram flour scrub will do wonders to the skin.. Apply castor oil mixed with coconut oil or sesame oil is perfect skin care routine. Lemon peel or orange peel powder face packs also are good.. For antipigmentation..multhani matti face pack is also good..

When you have access to that natural source, we can add or mix few ingredients appropriately to our own usage, if we know the appropriate ways of using these natural ingredients that best suit individual's skin and health. Every chemical they mention has a natural source to it. Do your own research and know about the origin of these chemicals listed in these products....? Also study about how they are extracted or synthesised from various sources..how are they made into these creams, lotions and washes..? Study about the source of origin and manufacturing/extraction/processing methods of all the ingredients that are listed in these products..
