The way hot sauces are measured is by the Scoville scale, which ranks the heat of the hot sauce depending on the chili peppers they use.
The SHU, or Scoville heat unit is determined by the concentration of active components in peppers, or the capsaicin extract, that gives them that extra kick.

I must say I wish there were more videos about the tastiest hot sauces and less about just HEAT. Sure, some of these are ridiculously hot but it's often due to adding capsaicin resin and the sauce ends up tasting disgusting.

When you get hot enough I think you'll struggle to taste it. Torchbearer Garlic reaper is the hottest I've dared to actually purchase. Seems to have manageable heat and some decent flavour. I must admit I'd hoped for more though.

I'm sorry, not to be offensive, but your accent was SO heavy at times I couldn't understand what you were saying/describing and I kept rolling it back several times to try. I finally gave up about 6 mins in. It's not a thumbs-down, but it's...disappointing. I really wanted to get input on the hottest of hot sauces.
