The more i watch athletes compete i realise a large part of their success stems from their ability to focus solely on training and recovery whilst the people around them like coaches, assistants, family and friends take care of the minutiae of everyday life.

Why’d they move the games from Carson to Madison? Is it weather related?

One of the most unfortunate aspects of Crossfit as a sport--chiefly the attitude surrounding the Games--is the defensiveness of the governing bodies, so to speak. Rory attempted to do what he felt was just; standing behind Brooke as an athlete and competitor, and used his video evidence to back it up. Big Brother Crossfit doesn't take kindly to that, heaven forbid an error or wrong judgment was made. It's unfortunate that the Crossfit van trolls the neighborhood, poaching anyone who brings facts to light.

I have to reluctantly agree with Boz on the dispute with Brooke Wells. This was essentially a no-rep call. If Crossfit allows no-reps to be disputed, there will be a line of athletes after every heat with phones in their hands to complain about their judges to Boz. Or a video about a competitor who got away with something. It would be a disaster. Everyone gets no-rep calls, and it's expected that they will accept them as just how the game has to be played, whether justified or not. In this case, the consequences of a bad call were huge, but many times the difference in end of game placings between athletes are so tiny that any bad no-rep call through the days of competition can indeed make the difference in placings, so making an exception this time would not be fair. Judges are human and can make mistakes, and if you agree to compete at the Games, you are agreeing to accept your judge's decisions.

What is the song in the beginning?

Great videos - really enjoy watching you following athletes and events up to the CF games and of the games. However, I can understand how CF would not be happy if you (intentionally or unintentionally) shared/gave video footage of an athlete that had "evidence" ruling against her result. BTW Brooke stepped over the line on her left side/your right side before she she ran through the last pillars, so it had nothing to do with her stepping on the line at the end, she actually stepped OVER the line around the second last pillar. The whole event wasn't over, so first of all you are interfering in the middle of the event, I know a heat was over, but the whole event was not over. Then, to talk to an athlete and then dispute or indicate you don't agree with a judge ruling is interfering with CF is a violation, full stop. Shame you and others could not understand that. But glad you weren't kicked out and loved all the coverage you did!

The games format was the dumbest shit I've seen. Half the girls that made the cuts couldn't even lift the weights on barbell events. Haha.

Bullshit how CrossFit treated you regarding the cell phone video.. they should be ashamed that they would rather cover up than be corrected.
