Very nice video Pretty narly ride on the sanquetin 3. I just got one 2 months ago. Too much snow in Idaho to ride unfortunately. Is that a PNW dropper post lever you have. THANK YOU for no background music on the riding portion of the video. First time I have seen your channel, I subscribed.

I'm watching late but amazing video! Also, I have a question. I'm looking to get some new brakes and I don't have a massive budget, but I could either get shimano deore xt 2 piston brakes or shimano slx 4 piston brakes, which would you choose and why?

I would go SLX 4 Piston because more power. They are very similar in quality the XT is just lighter weight.

I grew up 3.5 hours away from a ski hill but I snowboard for fun sometimes. I am not that great at it yet and I can't afford a season's pass this year. So it's over $100 every time and biking is free/more fun! Hard to justify haha.

I actually had a meeting with POC and they weren’t interested. I’ve struggled to find an mtb clothing or helmet sponsor for a couple years, but I’m Supported by Kavu! They buy my favorite helmets for me and get them painted. It’s a rad deal!!

I'd prefer XT or SLX brakes and lower spec drivetrain.. quite strange spec with standard shimano hubs yet ultimate suspension. At least the expensive components are good though 🤷♂️
