The 2024 Suzuki RM-Z250 is Unchanged, But It's STILL FUN!

Let's be real: the 2024 Suzuki RM-Z250 returns completely unchanged, but it remains a great motocross bike for most riders. Sure, it is a kickstart engine, but this year Suzuki is making the deal sweeter by offering the RM Army package that includes a Throttle Syndicate graphics kit and a Pro Circuit exhaust! We spun our first laps on the familiar machine last week at Fox Raceway and had a damn good time!

That suzuki looks incredible and it makes me want to seriously consider buying one. The slower of the test riders made a lot of very valid points about this bike. If you are a serious racer or somebody budget minded this is a great package. You can have suspension that can be swapped through a lot of years of bikes and have a multitude of older parts you've gathered versus always having changes so this spare pipe I got only works for this couple years then I gotta pitch it or whatever. These are great bikes. I think any production 250f can have some engine tweaks for any rider so that doesn't bother me at all if it's down a bit on power. I'd rather chase a little extra horsepower than try to get a chassis to handle properly and these Suzuki's handle great.

I love my 21 zook put a pipe on it threw some ti goodies to cut some weight. It is absolutely bullet proof.

Be good to know exactly what is going on at Suzuki. Like who specifically in the company is responsible for refusing to make any significant changes on the bike each year, and what is their game plan for the future. To just completely alienate everyone?

I have built plenty of rmz250s get high compression titanium valves and high compression piston cams exhaust and tune then its a ripper and your still under other manufacturers price

I guess with Roczen burning the dirt they can't bag on the yellow bikes too much these days...

Nope. Especially considering he’s racing against the very best versions of all manufacturers that’s impressive! Not to mention he’s 29. Absolutely nothing wrong with the rmz450. I’ve had ktms the past 12yrs. Just sold my 2020 ktm 450xcf and I’m seriously considering a rmz450. A vet rider here off road GPs

Wow Suzuki might as quit making dirt bikes if they are not going to keep them updated,i don't think I would want to race one it would be going backwards to me compared to the other manufacturers

Ya but if you're being honest with yourself what you lack in skill a bikes not going to make up for you. I have finally came to that conclusion about myself. I always thought if I had this or that i'd be faster. Nah I need a stable chassis i'm comfortable with over any updates. I'd almost argue the fastest I've ever been was on my very outdated older CRF because I love the chassis so much.
