It's the ears. I have the same issue. Ears are a little high on the head and hats don't sit comfortably on the ears 🤷🏽‍♂️

Who ever chose the sound track to this video has absolutely horrible song choice. I was excited to watch this film but had to turn it off as soon as the songs started playing. Know your audience, we’re moto fans not some damn high school girls
