I think its censorship. I've had to watch my comments for many channels now for months. Certain keywords trigger censoring of comments more than others also. Like if you mention especially Z i o n, or J e w s, or sometimes I s l a m can be flagged. Its been very bizarre to see it. I'd go back on some other sites and it would be gone just like that...

Excellent presentation! Prepare for the worst, hope for the best, and trust in the Lord. There is no reason to fear if we are prepared. I'm blown away that others teach that this will be a time of peace for the saints. We suffer all the hardships of the world currently, yet as a people we are greatly blessed. I don't see why it would be any different going forward.

yes, it makes me think of how the BOM prophets felt when they foresaw the fall of their people but at least we know Christ's church will never be taken from the earth again! That is a big difference and a blessing for us to be part of!

As we have been clearly taught, if we follow the teachings and advice of the prophet and leadership of the church, we'll be ok. We recognize that that doesn't guarantee that we won't go through any difficulties, but we will come through it all without "losing our reward", which is the most important thing for us to be focused on

The author of the KZfaq channel “Consider the Truth” recently addressed this same topic. Please watch that video also. As for me, I take the counsel that the Book of Mormon is our guidebook. Accordingly 2 Nephi 5 tells us that Nephi made swords for protection. The prophets, kings, and chief captains armed the people, built fortifications and so forth to protect their people. The Lord blessed them with success in their defensive efforts. The Book spends many chapters on war. We must not believe that we will be any different. It’s not spoken of in the Church but we must arm ourselves and the Lord will bless us with success. I don’t know how but I have faith that if we prepare to defend ourselves we will be successful. The people of Ammon chose not to defend themselves, they literally buried their hatchets. Ultimately, Captain Moroni had to protect them by shedding the blood of their enemies. We must prepare spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

Curious what you made you decide to do this topic now? I ask because it looks like we're right at the point of really being at the point of the subject topic of this video right now. ... Tons of people are failing to see that the financial fallout, devaluation of currency, and bank failures happening these last few months are contributing to this. And many don't see it also because all of the news media in this country are owned and controlled by these rich elite robber barons that want to paint their point of view only and eliminate an honest voice. The middle class is lost and people are losing all their industry, jobs, and house and lands. They are getting quite angry about it.

I feel I was led to it. I follow Christian Homestead and believed in his ideas it wouldn’t get that bad before Christ’s return. He follows the words of our church leaders and he says they don’t talk about an apocalypse,but what Joseph Smith said it sure sounds like it! 🙁 Nonetheless, I have hope we can be protected in Zion.

@@preparingforzion oh I agree, he does have some interesting things to share. I just meant that I need to be so cautious with my time as a busy homeschooling mom with five kiddos that I like to watch things that seem to fit more with what feels accurate. I really enjoy listening to the Pickerings. Their research on last days timelines and their understanding of Isaiah is quite compelling.

Do you expect scripture from any other place in the world to speak to global audience, like is expected in the 21st century, or would you expect them to be focused on their people and lands? Prophets speak to the world, but they’re main audience is their people. It’s a freeing feeling when your depth of thought goes beyond buzzwords.

The Book of Mormon talks all about America as the promised land. This country was given blessings but also major major warnings. The US is so ripe for destruction because we have become a godless and perverted country. This focus on America is more of a fulfillment of prophecy than an ethnocentrism.

No, the opposite. The US was supposed to set His standard upon the land so that it could then spread across the world. Wickedness prevailed, the people did not follow Him. Now He has removed His hands of protection and we will face the consequences of what happens when we allow wickedness to permeate everything. We answer to a higher level of knowledge and prosperity that we squandered away and did not help others with.
