2 жыл бұрынWe're getting started on the 2nd Gen SV650 build. Beginning with stripping off the sport fairings and doing a naked conversion, then getting into designing and new subframe, then the GSXR front end

Ugh, that straight drop in of the GSXR front end makes me jealous. I had to do some work to make my 3rd gen SV work with a '97 GSXR750 front end. Great vid though.

Could the forks be mounted directly on the original table tree?

the triple trees need to be swapped as well. GSXR forks are inverted so much bigger at the top

are the levers and front brake master from the gsxr donor as well... i just got a 05 sv650s for FREE dollars. Which definitly needs some work . But sir you have become my inspiration.

Perhaps off camera , would have liked to see grease forced thru rollers rather than dabbed on .

I’m trying to convert my SV6 50 S into the N type. How were you guys able to mount the speedometer onto the bars? I can’t find anything online

We mounted it just with a piece of sheet metal cutout and then fastened to the fork stem
