Built this chair and the sofa! Love them both and your instructions were VERY easy to follow. The only thing that I didn't like was how low the back was so I added another "U" with 3" spacers to bring the back and arms up a little higher and now it's perfect!

Just built it this afternoon! Super easy to follow! I added a fifth piece to the seating part to reduce some gaps, but overall a solid build!

I absolutely love ALL your videos. I love that your videos are easy to follow. I love that they are very detailed and don't require pocket holes. I mean I have a pocket hole jig, however I don't always want to have to use that. Please keep these videos coming. Looking forward to more projects from you two.

Great project to try! Quick little pro tip for everyone out there that might try it for themselves. Make sure you're doing it on a level surface. It will make all the difference! (not everyone's floor is level!)

Followed the video and made one this weekend. I made the mistake of cutting the longer pieces out of the 8ft 2x4s first and then moved on to the medium sections and then got down to the smaller sections. Ended up having to run out and get an additional 4 ft 2x4 to get the last 23 7/8 section cut. Would recommend folks do their cuts from smaller to larger. Time to sand and stain! Thanks for the great tutorial. Such awesome stuff you guys do.

I like your videos. Thanks for your hard work. For this chair project step one might be sourcing the cushions you'll want to use and them adjust the chair dimensions to fit.

As always your awesome projects make me think of either different uses or a different way to finish it. The latter, however, always adds more cuts and is never as simple as yours. I have made a chair similar to this but (with additional cuts) made the armrests adirondack style. It makes for a nice place to rest beverage, plate, phone etc. Great job you two!!

UPDATE: I tried this. I adjusted some measurements, which came out okay, but except the legs part. 22 1/2 '' were very short. We ended up putting the bottom to the top, and are going to add the back part later on. These are very easy to follow instructions. But I'd recommend everyone to measure everything accurately (and try to foresee the outcome! :) ) This seems really easy to follow! I'm going to give it a try :) Thank you so much for the video!
