Fantastic compost by the way. Look into bokashi if you haven't; I fill an 18L bin of it up each week and let it ferment for 3 weeks before it heads into the compost tumbler. Sugar cane mulch, few leaves and branches, and old sandy soil and let it mature for 1-2 months. Absolutely outstanding quality soil; turns jet black compared to the grey of the sandy soil I started with. In my bokashi I like to add: - coffee grounds + Random plant from backyard + Macadamia / Almond pulp + Juice pulp + Fuckin mandarin from the glass bin + Cauliflower scraps + Few fuckin weetbix from that crazy bitch's house trying to feed birds with stale bread and I keep taking their food + Jalapeno stems + Teabags + Fuckin 2 dimensional roadkill bird + Fucking squashed up orange + Dead bird outside Coles + Dead mapgie mate thats a fuckin bargain + Ground egg shells + Ground avocado seeds / peels + Paper towel + Onion peels + Alfalfa sprout ends + Strawberry tops + Pineapple peel + Chards ends and whatever else i can get away with
