I just stumbled onto the 4-hour Body and Timothy Ferris while looking for a completely unrelated book. Sounds interesting. I'm very familiar with Ben Greenfield, Ben Pakulski (time under tension, rep with "intention"). I'll read Tim's book and see what he's saying. I always like to see what's outside my current knowledge toolbox.

Wow he gained 8lbs of muscle each wk doing 1 set per muscle group 3x per wk. Umm no, sorry guy I'm not buying the book or whatever you were selling in 2012

It is possible…I’ve seen it first hand. The biggest part of this is the proper food intake in conjunction with the workout.

@@GrandCanyonRVResort sorry, but there is an natural limitation on muscle tissue you can build up per week, this is an safety measure from the body so you dont build up unneeded amounts of tissue that wastes energy/ calories.
