In this video, I show you step by step how to fix your rounded shoulders.
Rounded shoulders are caused by poor posture habits, Muscle imbalances and for some they focus too much on exercises the chest strength but neglecting the upper part of the shoulders.
This causes the shoulders to be out of alignment with the spine. This can cause back pain and bad posture.
This video will show you the correct exercise to strengthen your core, upper back and chest muscles and will help to correct rounded shoulders.
Do this two times a day for three weeks.
Leave a comment below with your daily progress.

That's the first video I've seen of this man and then i watched 20 more of his. This man is one of the best coaches. I've done this exercise for 1 month and here's what i can conclude: - The exercise worked,but you have to be consistent. - On the first 2 week my shoulder pain was gone and my shoulder was getting less rounded... - On the 3rd week i started to see the progress i wanted..the rounded shoulder is almost gone .. - Now after 1 month I can gladly say that my shoulder are fixed(not rounded anymore) and I feel more confident than ever!!

I’ve been doing this for two weeks straight. My traps are starting to pop out, as well as my posture is straightening up. in addition, this workout is becoming harder for every time I do it. This video has helped me a lot throughout quarantine. I hope everyone with a bad posture try this for at least one week and see it for themselves if it’s actually worth it.

I am on day 2 of doing these exercises and I am not sure whether there is noticeable difference in the way my shoulders look already, but I feel a huge difference! My shoulders are much more relaxed and the pain is gone! Thank you!

22 y/o, I’ve tried a lot of stretches and exercises in the past year to try and fix my posture/shoulders, even been to a physiotherapist. Never seen anything like this before, but I will try it out for the next month. You make it look so much easier than it is 😅. Will update every week.

Thank you so much, I have been doing this stretches for 21 days, I have seen a huge improvement. I am 90% better. I will keep doing it to get 100% better. I have been in pain for almost a year unable to heal. Now I feel so happy that I am going back to the way I was before. Thank you Austin, you have helped me so much. I do this workout since June 2020. Two times (almost) each day. Before I began I had chronic neck- and shoulder pain. Since mid-October 2020 I am completely free of pain! You can`t imagine how thankful I am! You are my hero! :))) Have a wonderful new year!!! P. S.: Since October I also go on sporadic walks (one hour and longer). This supported not only the healing of the rest of the neck- and shoulder pain but also gave those areas more power in general.

If you have a stiff shoulder or it pops when you use your arm, I recommend this stretch. Helps me a lot with mobility.

I study most of the time my head keep aline in forward direction this cause pain first in my neck then it moves to head ..giving the most painful and uncomfortable feel. Thanks to you sir I am doing this exercise for the last 1 week and the pain is gone almost .very simple and easy exercises any one can do them easily if they want to. Date - August 17, 2020 I am skinny guy and i have rounded shoulders since 2014.. it's 2020 and i'm 20 years old.. i suffered drom depresion & anxiety in 2019 (8-9 months) which effected my health badly.. my posture is worst now.. my back bone is not in shape, my shoulders are rounded.. i am severaly under weight... But..... From today (17 august 2020) i started following you.. i'm following your 2 videos to fix my posture... I'll edit this comment after 21 days and i'll tell about my progress... Wish me good luck... 😊😊 Love From India.....🇮🇳🇮🇳 *Update 1* I did these exercises for 20 days and i really got good results. But after 20 days i was very confident and started another exercises with these and i worked so much hard to get results in short time(more than the capacity of my body). After few days i got fever.. (15 september to 2 oct).. Now i'm starting it again (Oct 25, 2020) And my shoulders are far better now as compared to august.

yes it is @@liza4757, that's normal if you feel that, it usually happened when you doing another exercise, my PE teacher had told me that the Muscle cell is breaking and those cells turns to a muscle, that's the reason why it hurts you, no pain, no gain is real

After 21 days, I can confirm that my tight shoulder and back muscles have loosened up. However, my shoulder are still rounded, I hope by continuing these exercises my rounded shoulders will also vanish. Thank you!

sifu i used to train with you many years ago at wing chun..at urdang..i still train martial arts my name is jason...over the years my shoulders have started to really hurt me from wing chun, boxing and jiu jitsu, but i remember at wing chun we used to do a lot of chi gung and my shoulders were rock hard and super flexible....so i looked you up and you are teaching good techniques...im going to start with these shoulder exercises because hospital physio has helped a little , but they wanted to operate and i refused the operation..ill fix myself with chi gung... i almost forgot about how good my body used to feel, so thanks for the video.... i still sweat a lot, ill try that anti sweat thing too.. glad to see you are doing well on youtube...you got another subscriber sifu.

Day 1 (09-15-20) - I can feel the tension in my shoulders and in my upper back as I do the exercise. Felt good afterwards. Day 2 (09-16-20) - Feeling better everytime I do the exercise. Did them consecutively in the evening since I failed to do it in the morning. Day 3 (09-17-20) - done for today! Day 4 (09-18-20) - done for today! Day 5 (09-19-20) - getting more easier and easier. Day 6 (09-20) - done! Day 7 (09-21) - done with the first week! Day 8 (09-22) - done! Day 9 (09-23) - done! Day 10 (09-24) - done! Day 11 (09-25) - done! Day 12 (09-27) - forgot to do it yesterday so I doubled the exercise for today. Day 13 (09-28) - done for today. Day 14 (09-29) - two weeks completed. Day 15 (09-30) - done! Day 16 (10-01) - done! Day 17 (10-02) - done. Day 18 (10-04) - skipped yesterday, done for today. Day 19 (10-05) - done. Day 20 (10-06) - Yay. Tomorrow's the last day. Haha. Day 21 (10-07) - Now I've completed the 3 weeks! This daily update was the one that have pushed me to do the exercise. Haha. Anyway, it brought me good results. Well...I can't just say that my rounded shoulders are completely gone, but I could say this without reserve, my posture and shoulders definitely improved, my siblings think so, too. Aside from that, I feel so much better than before. Since it works quiet well, I'll start to do the exercise regularly even after I finished the 3 weeks. Anyway, thanks for bringing us these exercises, Mr. Goh! Seriously, this channel deserves more love.

@@krissz553 I don't know if there are physical changes since I didn't take a pic or did anything but personally, I can say that it's good. Maybe psychology has something to do with it 'cause I became more keen in keeping my posture right so it helps me a lot, plus there are times that my posture is good even if I'm not trying really hard. Anyway, for this, I'll give the exercise the credits.

So much harder than I thought 😂 my left trap feels tighter than my right 20/02 - done. 21/02 - done. 22/02 - done. 23/02 - done. 24/02 - done. 25/02 - done. 26/02 - done. 27/02 - done. 27/02 - done. Traps and shoulders feel a lot more relaxed. 28/02 - done. 01/03 - done. Posture definitely feels better. Shoulders are in a more natural position

did this for the first time and my shoulders feel a lot better, and they're able to sit back further much more comfortably. thank you so much for putting these videos out for free, my shoulders go forward way too much and i never knew how to fix it. this is so much better than going to a gp who will just put me on pain meds or something and make me pay them a fortune. thank you again! will be doing these daily :))

So far so good 👍. I do have to admit though i was forgetting to do it every day at first but i got myself into a routine so because of that i think the results will take a little longer, but i do have to say i am noticing a difference. I keep catching myself with my posture and re-adjust. The exercise has really made my body remember the proper posture! I will post more results later. Shame i didnt take before and after pics.

yeears in front of the computer I thought it was natural for me to have neck and upper back pain and also I was not very photogenic even though in person people say I'm so pretty!!! after 10days I am so happy I look great on camera now effortlessly I have teary eyes omg THANK YOU

I’ve had shoulder pain for almost 3-4 months. I tried other videos (which work but come back a couple hours) and I must say....this was the one that has helped the most! Literally did this once yesterday and I felt great the next day! Yeah one day, I didn’t believe it too. No BS, this is worth it

Day 1 morning: - First session done, at first i thought 4 minutes wouldn't be a problem but it was actually pretty hard to follow. I will come back every day for the next 21 - 30 days (2 times a day) and will let you know if it fixed my posture. Day 1 evening: - had visit, skipped it Day 2 morning: - did it twice because i skipped it yesterday evening, damn that was hard Day 2 evening: - done, together with my girlfriend Day 3 morning: - done Day 3 evening: - done - you really feel better after one session Day 4 morning: - done Day 4 evening: - done, together with my girlfriend again Day 5 morning: - done Day 5 evening: - skipped it, drank with friends :D Day 6 morning: - skipped it, hangover :( Day 6 evening: - I'm back, did it twice with my girlfriend! Soo hard! Day 7 morning: - done Day 7 evening: - done Day 8 morning: - done Day 8 evening: - done Day 9 morning: - done - starting to regret that i didn't take a photo of the before posture, i barely see my rounded shoulders anymore but to be honest i also forgot about how rounded they were before. I will go for the 21 days and will let you know if there is any of my rounded shoulders left. Day 9 evening: - skipped it, no reason, just skipped it Day 10 morning: - did it twice, done for today Day 10 evening: - last evening with my girlfriend for a long time, skipped it Day 11 morning: - in a train for 9 hours, will do it in the evening Day 11 evening: - done Day 12 morning: - done Day 12 evening: - poker evening with friends, skipped it Day 13 morning & Day 13 evening: - skipped it due to hangover and wanted to do a pause for the whole day Day 14 morning: - done Day 14 evening: - done Day 15 morning: - done Day 15 evening: - skipped it Day 16 morning: - done, i cant get past my ears with my elbows in the last 2 exercises. I think i should improve my mobility in my shoulders by stretching my muscles in this area. This video here is a mixup of stretching and a litte bit of a workout. I will do the 21 days and start with daily stretching then. Additionally i will start working this area out in the gym. Day 16 evening: - went to the gym instead Day 17 morning: - done with a lot of muscle aching, ouch Day 17 evening: - done Day 18 morning: - done Skipped it a few days because i helped a friend moving out and hurt my back doing it. Now it is cured an i will go on. Day 19 morning: - done Day 19 evening: - skipped it Day 20 morning: - done Day 20 evening: - skipped Day 21 morning: - done conclusion: I like the method Austin gave us here. My posture is better than before but far away from perfect. This method here is a mix of exercise and stretching which is good, but i think if you have the possibility to exercise with weights, you might do that for a better improvement. Also you should stretch yourself more in den breast / shoulder / trapezius (back) area. I'm working in an office - right now home-office - and in the end, i used this method a lot to increase the mobility of my stiff shoulders, works also perfect for it. So this was my feedback, i will for sure come back from time to time to do this exercise in between my office time. Since i have the possibility to workout from home i will now train my neck / back / trapezius more and do more stretching. Have a nice time guys, give this method a try, you will not regret it.

Thank you for this video. I am on day 20 but I can see great improvement on my rounded shoulders . The pain I used to feel in my neck and shoulder blades is almost gone .When I feel it coming I just do the stretches then it will disappear. My arms are much stronger now .
