On your last video it really struck home for me when you mentioned the 4 obstacles. I started writing a comment asking if you could do a deep-dive on that, but i was interrupted and didn't get to finish the message. It was still on my mind to redo this comment, just to come back online to see this video... There is bowing my head...

Thanks for the reflection, will take it on board and admit there is some truth to it. Why does it bother you? Could we maybe be the same in that regard? In my case i believe it might be due to an overreliance on dopamine recently, making the effortful process of true thinking more difficult to come by these days. Working on it 🤞

Another beautiful message. And definitely one to save and listen to on a regular basis. I know these ideas, and when my awareness is on, they flow thru me effortlessly….however lol awareness can be fickle and these videos really help bring things back in to perspective 🙏🏼 Peace

Thanks for that, Dave, very much appreciated. Will we find a meditation that encompasses that “back and down” feeling within your past videos? Sorry … I guess you sometimes get fed up of questions and people wanting stuff from you. We all know you’re not in this for ‘likes and subscribes, followers or students’, but you and your guidance is of great help to us, because you are so genuine and relatable. Please keep doing what you do ❤️❤️ ….. and don’t wear a shirt if you don’t bloody want to!!! 😄

that idea of down and back or sometimes forward and up in consciousness happens by itself when the mind is still for an extended period… it’s almost impossible to talk about since it is trying to talk about something that is so far on the fringe of consciousness that you literally have to experience it for yourself to be able to relate to it❤

The idea to just be is of course referencing a state of mind like Christ consciousness, yet to be able to keep oneself permanently focused in that regard requires quite a lot of mind training, at least four most of us. The application of forgiveness to temporary association as a discipline clears away the dross so that doing and being become the same❤

@@JohnBirdiee if you look in the links below this video you should be able to find a free PDF copy of a course in miracles which includes the workbook❤ otherwise it’s quite easy to find a copy online they usually about $25 from various outlets
