So instead of losing to Argentina in semi finals, Brazil deliberately lost to Croatia in the QF. Why would Brazil commit men forward when they leading 1-0. There were only 10 minutes left and they just had to defend as a team. It does not make any sense to commit men forward at that point of the game and then concede. It was all fixed so Croatia could score and level the score. To fix the game on penalties is the easiest thing to do. And you asked me why Argentina and France final went to penalties. They did that so they could make a very entertaining match. They executed the game like this for the sake of entertainment value. The game would not be entertaining if Argentina had won 5-0. I would have loved either Argentina or Brazil to win WC but in a fair manner. Not a pre-fixed WC like this. That’s my opinion. You are entitled to have your opinion.
