Mizuno Alpha's multi-layered upper is designed to stretch laterally, meaning the boot can accommodate wide-feet fairly well. Mizuno of course makes it a point for all their boots to accommodate wide feet, as their domestic market is filled with wide-footed players. Thus, it stands out to me as interesting that Jay Mike says the boot fits his feet so well, as he has notoriously narrow feet. Mizuno somehow engineered a synthetic speed-boot that closely fits all foot types. As for its outsole, which Jay Mike is less crazy about, it's designed for Japan's hard-ground surfaces. Even natural grass pitches get very hard in most of Japan's climes. This means the Alpha's outsole is fairly comfortable on artificial grass, too. It's just a really good boot. As usual, from Mizuno.

The alpha was the craziest boots I tried. I used to using many of the MV the X but the alpha is another level of experience. (My opinion)

The mercurial is an ok boot except if your foot is very wide because if your foot is very wide, you won't get that comfortable feeling and that will result in you wanting to change your boots sooner.

I tried the regular Furon V7s because i do have kind of wide feet because my little toes stick out a bit and they are well i want to say deformed but i dont know anyway i kept getting blisters on the side on my big toe and the boots well they were terrible quality and got very smelly very easily and when trying to clear the ball down the line the ball pretty much rolled over the foot because the strike bit was too low. They were also extremely uncomfortable and hard to wear with grip socks so i switched to the Puma Futures and i have only played one 6 aside game with them on and already they are very comfortable and springy on the feet which i like the stike bit on these are slightly higher than the V7s so happy days i got them from a decathlon shop when the boots had a reduce price. Also just saying never but boots online, the reason why i say this is so you can find a boot that fits with grip socks if you need as i brought grip socks with me to the store and tried on my Futures and i was very happy with them. I was tempted to get decathlons own boots but since the pumas had a reduced price i thought why not i nearly bought the adidas X crazyfast i think they were but the material was way to flimsy and the reason why players get metatarsal injuries is because the material is too thin and doesnt offer much protection for if someone stands on your foot.

Have relatively wide feet in the mid (4.7inch) but always have room around the edge of the toe box (around smaller toes) even when big toe goes to edge of boot.
