This is an excellent video I have bad neck pain ( for 2 years and counting) and I've tried most of the 'bad' exercises described and, surprise, they didn't help. I really look forward to studying the deep muscle stabiliser exercises. These sound very much what I need. Many thanks

Oh my! This makes so much sense. Ive had neck pain for months. Tight neck and burning pain. Pt gave me these exact exercises to do and didn’t see much improvement. Then they have be exercises to do with a band and it made my pain so much worse! The burning then moved to the front of my neck also after those 😩
