It's got the best price ever, it's got a now-legendary -- if somewhat misleading -- name and it's available worldwide. But does the SJS RX "580" game?

Great content! Glad I found your channel. I used to have a RX 580 but the original RX 580. Great budget graphics card. There was a rerelease that had slightly lower base clocks.

I just picked up one for my boy. He was running games on a tesla card from the kepler era. lol. He will love this. Esports and Fortnite will run great.

Does this auto adjust the fan speed? because i see lots of people complaining that SOYO RX580 does not have auto adjust fan speed and it runs at full power all the time.

This particular card was flipped months ago in an X58 build, but from what I remember it had a variable and adjustable fan curve.

Does anyone do a run down of available aliexpress cards? or are the others nothing like the value / performance of this puppy?

All the RX 580 2048SP cards, whether they're SJS, Mllse, Soyo, Maxsun, JieShuo, etc. will be around the same performance. The one I'm eyeing up as potentially even better value is the 8GB RX 5500s on sale for ~$80 USD. Full die on a newer architecture *and* full driver support is probably worth the $10-15 more.

I sold this one as part of a budget build shortly after this video went up, and told the buyer to contact me if they had any issues. I haven't heard a word from them. I assume it's still running along just fine. The PCB, RAM, and coolers on these remanufactured cards are all brand new, and the dies usually report acceptable ASIC quality in GPU-Z so they should last as long as any other 570/580. No idea how seamless warranty claims are with SJS or Mllse or JieShuo or whomever, but for the price of these cards I have no issue recommending them. Pull the trigger and buy one.
