Healing my nervous system is key to heal from chronic fatigue. Learning to speak my voice and trust my intuition is so healing too. ❤ Excited to be on a path of growth

During Covid shut down I had my spiritual awakening and had to face my deepest fear. Coming out of the closet to my mom and telling her I was so exhausted of trying to live a life where I wasn’t happy just to try and please her and others. Suffered of depression and suicidal thoughts. When my twin flame and I broke up I had my spiritual awakening. That year I’ll never forget my life changed completely.

This has by far been my most favorable episode. Nate speaks about when a man traps a woman by assuring he gives her a baby, which causes her to stay home, then he takes away the account, which can be a traditional way of woman stay home and men provide. I’ll never allow myself and forgive myself for being entangled in a situation such as this but there’s so much truth in what Nate mentions. I’m sitting here releasing emotions that I didn’t even think existed because what he’s speaking of, makes me feel validated and heard without me even having to mention anything. This chapter of love myself has been amazing and I’m thankful I got a chance to tune into this episode tonight! Thank you thank you!!!!

Girl, part of healing is forgiving yourself. 🫶 Focus on all the good things that came out of your toxic relationship and the lessons you learned. Focus on your growth. What's the point in wasting energy on negative self talk or beating yourself up for the past mistakes? 🫶

I have bipolar disorder and I've literally gone through so many of the health problems he is talking about relating to chakras and the work I've done to heal those things, being diagnosed with so many stomach issues and struggling for years. Now that I have boundaries and say no I've rarely experienced health issues. I'm so grateful to hear this all because just last week in counseling I came to realize I've been in a depressive state but I had no idea how to identify it because I've always attributed it to my mental perception but so much is hidden in the body. Really working on aligning my mind and body now and it feels so damn good.

wow thanks for commenting this- I was recently diagnosed with Bipolar 2. I also haven't been able to identify my depressive and/ or hypomanic states, interesting to think about how much of it is hidden in the body.

@monicadeumic I feel you! I was diagnosed with Bipolar first, then many years later the diagnosis is actually PMDD. I've been off of RX for a few years now and meditation, chakra clearing, embodying the feminine, and journaling have really helped me.

I love this podcast, been a silent follower for about a year🥰 I was weary about commenting this because I don’t want this to come off as hate AT ALL I only want to see yall succeed and grow. this is just constructive criticism but this episode was hard to follow which sucks because I can tell he has very valuable knowledge and insight to share I personally feel that it has to do with him not speaking in full sentences. He was almost speaking in bullet points at times and there was a lack of questioning. Questions from the interviewer help the audience better understand topics. This could totally be just me but I thought I’d share. Anywho hope everyone has a beautiful day🤍
