My healing win was FINALLY seeing and believing all the evidence that I can get out of this and become pain free. I’ve been at it 2+ years and only a month ago did it hit me that my doubt that I can do this was my brain’s way of keeping me in the fear cycle. And I can CHOOSE a better option/thought - hope. Hope that I have what it takes (in fact I already am doing it. I’ve already been making so many mindset wins. The pain will come down later.)

When I first found your channel I was at stage 3 - now thanks to you I am at stage 7. Everytime I have a flare-up, I now say - great I'm having an extinction burst. My extinction bursts have become mild and are happening less and less. After more than fifty years of chronic pain, I can at last see, to quote Alan Gordon, The Way Out. Being free of the fear of chronic pain is giving me a new way of looking at my life, no longer with despair of a never ending cycle of pain misery that I was told by medical doctors, I would just have to put up with. Thank you - you are an angel to me - and I am truly grateful that you have given me a sense of physical freedom that I have not had in decades. All of which shows unequivocally that your methods work and to 'trust the process'. I feel I am very close to complete recovery. Again - thank you Tanner.

I am from India. Struggling with long covid cfs for 1 year. Your videos are really helping people like me those who lost their hope and life for years. I am very grateful to you for the critical knowledge you are providing for free. Because all people will not be able to bear costly courses. And by helping them like this, you are like God for them, giving new life. I thank you on behalf of all those who got benefits from your videos.

I just started bouncing between stage 4 and 5. Been 18 months and yesterday i decided no matter what to say to hell with it and have a positive attitude. I had 6 hours of zero to 1 pain. It was awesome.

I remember requesting to share notes on how the recovery timeline can vaguely look like just a few weeks ago and here it is! Thank you very much! I am not a journaling person but this type of clarity on what to expect during recovery is immensely helpful.. 😊😊

I'm in the later stages. I've had many small wins even if my body is still giving me a lot of symptoms, some of which have lessened and some of which have only picked up in intensity. I've been navigating the world of neuroplasticity and mind body healing for almost 2 years. Yes, it's a bit disappointing that I'm still struggling but I have so many symptoms and have for decades, so l wasn't fortunate enough to find all this out in my younger years. I appreciate your videos. l like how you bring in all the different elements and combine them. Neuroplasticity and brain retraining was not enough for me. I engaged with that for a year with little to no result. Eventually l started learning about the deeper nervous system healing, held trauma, etc. It was a factor for me personally because my system has been dysregulated my whole life. For some of us the journey is long but it is good to be on the right path.

Ty for explaining the loopy cycles. Definitely not linear here 😂. I didn't think anything would get better. And then I had a breakthrough and then the looping back. Crazy. Its all tms but tell my P brain that lol. Teaching it safety is not easy. It's stubborn. Lifetime of anxiety ptsd. But its already working I love your explanation and guidance. So so helpful. Im not broken. Connecting the dots and feel hopeful for 1st time in years ❤ Wish you were in the US. 🎉❤🎉 🎉

I had endometriosis surgery 7 months ago (after 4 years of awful pain), recovery has been really hard and bonus during these months I've experienced major life traumatic experiences and changes (everything happened all at once, literally), I'm much better now, but I'm experiencing a lot of stress/anxiety related symptoms (GI issues, muscle contractures, sleep troubles, etc.) I used to think that my body was broken, thanks to therapy and resources like this, I know now that what's happening to me is that my body is still in flight/fight response related to all that happened to me... but, like you said, this is not linear... sometimes and for some symptoms I'm fully on stage 6-7, but some days I get back to 1-2, because fear is still making its appearances quite often. What I see as positive is that I think I'm getting better at getting out of stages 1-2 quicker and that now is easy for me to recognize the advances on my recovery and not to focus just on the flares or the bad days... I genuinely think that I have more evidence to think that my body is getting closer to health than to sickness)... so maybe that's my healing win.

My healing win was when I stopped going to see the chiropractor. It was a difficult decision as he had helped me mentally and had been so supportive but the treatments just weren't doing anything and I had to accept that. Once I stopped going and went with the mind body route things started to get better.

I am at level 6. But since I have been processing emotions, awareness my tension increased. I stop fawning pleasing and lost family and friends.mi realize that my family was very toxic. I have only one daughter left . So yes I believe 300% on this. My survival stress. My dealing life from my heart guts and not what I learned, was expected , increased the symptoms. It is to be truth to yourself in a toxic world. I feel isolated and it doesn’t help.

I do like getting massages, but I reframe that I am doing it not to fix a physical issue, but instead doing it to increase nervous system regulation.
