The ABC Workout | Full Body Workout With Tim Kennedy
Fitness is the foundation for everything you do in life. The ABC workout is one of my favorites because it covers cardio, strength, muscle endurance and it also gives you a little gut check. Before any workout, it's important to start with a warmup. Here we started with an EMOM:
5 Supine Row
5 Squats
5 Lunges
5 Push-ups
2 Burpees
Then we go straight into our ABC Workout
A1: Pull-Ups
A2: MB Get-Ups
A3: Row 200m
Do 10 of each 5 times.
2 Minutes of Rest
B1: Snatches
B2: Toes-2-Bar
B3: Bike for 15cals
Do 10 of each 4 times.
Rest 2 minutes
C1: Deadlift
C2: Burpees
C3: Run
Do 10 of each 3 times.
