This is the second or third time I've seen Kenji misunderstand Prarie Dog's ability.

Isn't it a client error? I think 4 counters should have been put on the dog (ability resolved 3 times). In the rulings for the card it says specifically that the effect stacks

It looks like the client failed to keep track of the number of activations. Usually there is the, for example, "x3" marker when there are multiples

45:15 looks like the tapping of the 2/2 for primal might instead of attacking with it did make a difference. Easy mistake to make though with so many creatures on the board.
