He annihilated Horus' soul. Tore it apart so that the chaos gods couldn't use it to return. This Mark's him as being ridiculously insane.

The Emperor of Mankind has all that power, but he's skipped leg day for over ten thousand years.

Casting psychic stink on eldar must be the ultimate troll move. The Emperor in Warhammer setting is a background character, thus he can get away with having enough power to make a party of power fantasy mary sues go blush. Characters that are protagonists or villains usually have 1 thing they are good at. Palpatine or a Crimson Demon like Yunyun's dad is a very good wizard that can easily demolish a mountain with a gesture, but they aren't that good at fisticuffs. Superman or Heman are great physical fighters. This is because if they are good at everything, than there is no challange in beating the bad guys, so the hero needs a strength and weakness. It is not a fault, but rather a strength in writing, allowing you to care about the hero. The kryptonite puts weight on Superman's battle with Lex Luthor because it now has stakes, for example. Now the Emperor just walked into the superhero power store and said : YES. He is basically maxed out as a warrior, a wizard, and a scientist and leader as well. This isn't a problem because he is, no matter how important in lore, is a background character that isn't the protagonist we usually see. He doesn't really need to be imperilable because he is never really in the story as the main protagonist. Another good example in the 7th or 8th edition codex is that the Emperor is what keeps the Warp from swallowing up the universe. An older book, eye of Terror, says that the warp is comparable to an ocean, and the multiverse to a shoal of bubbles atop it. So the Emperor literally makes Earth the center of the Universe in his setting, as it is the only thing that keeps said universe from becoming engulfed in , well, laymen terms, is Hell. The Emperor was also one of those shadowy puppeteer figures, he seldom used his powers in Warhammer lore, and usually did it in a minimalistic manner. As to his origins, he was a super psychic born in 9000 BC. He also may have been genetically engineered (after all, crazy scientists experiment on themselves) during the Dark age of Technology. Tl,dr, the Emperor is a background character, more like a force of nature than a protagonist, so he is a different beast.

This video was awesome, and It's nice to see someone scale Warhammer 40K correctly for once, especially the god emperor of mankind. Could we perhaps see a video on going over the technological creations, inventions, and absurd feats of the Necrons? Going over the sheer power and capabilities granted from their cold scientific prowess, all the way from the basic gauss flayer, to the heights of the tesseracts, dimensional travel, Aonic Orb, and even the Celestial Orrery. Perhaps you could cover the C'Tan in that video too, but I don't care too much about them.

An important aspect to 40k is the mystery of the Emperor. No one knows how old he is for certain, no one knows his name (not even an alias or anything), no one knows his full strength, no one even knows for sure what he looks or sounds like because everyone would see him differently and no one knows if its even him sitting on the golden throne.

The power of Fulgrim, other than "being pretty," was regeneration. Better/faster than the other Primarchs, except maybe Vulkan. Ya know, Phoenician...Phoenix. Horus was the most charismatic and persuasive of all the super charismatic, persuasive demigod Primarchs. Kinda like Lucifer.

the emperor was weak he struggled with an orc... yes if by struggled you mean he obliterated him from every sphere of existnace along his entire army that spawned from his spore in a few seconds... then yes he "struggled"

Well, as he lay dying, beaten, broken, betrayed and killed by his son Horus, he reached into the depths of the Warp, and pulled Korn, Nergal, Tzeentch, and Slaanesh from Horus's soul, cleansed him of Corruption, forgave Horus, and then burned his soul from existence. All in the span of a few breaths. The Emperor is no god, but he is Mighty, indeed.

Definitions of a "God": 1. the perfect and all-powerful spirit or being that is worshipped as the one who created and rules the universe. Does not apply since the Emperor didn't create or rule the entire universe. 2. A superhuman being or spirit worshiped as having power over nature or human fortunes. Technically doesn't apply even though the Emperor CAN do those things. 3. a nebulous powerful force imagined to be responsible for one's fate. Sort of applies...but not really. 4. an omnipotent all-powerful being that is wholly good and without mortal limits. Doesn't apply since the Emperor let the heresy happen and got injured. The astronomican also has a range. Looking at these definitions, the Emperor is not really a god...but compared to anything else in the 40k universe, he is about as close as one could be to a god.

Scaling the emperor is borderline impossible because he literally has thousands of hax, scaling his raw power doesn't mean much, like, goku is stronger than him and faster than him but the emperor can literally predict the entire fight and goku's every move decades before the fight starts, and what's stopping him from imagining that goku's heart explodes? Or taking over goku's mind for that matter? What would stop the emperor from placing his soul inside Superman's body, destroying clark's soul in the process?

I was wondering, how would Constantine fair against Mordru? Mordru seems to have much higher feats but Constantine has the Synchronisity Wave so how would all of this play out? Can Mordru get around that either with hacks or raw power? I don't really understand how it works.

Well he's stronger than a primarch, which I don't know if you know, but they're far stronger than the average man. So the emperor should be at least be as strong as 2½ men.

With all the powers the Emperor has, he cannot be dead, he could literally just use his powers on himself, or some type of vessel or machine, in which case should be an incredibly powerful machine, put Psykers and anybody/thing that the emperor could use to boost, or enhance his abilities.
