Back when I was a kid steve-o was my hero. Everyone told me I was dumb for looking up to him and it made sense but I still loved him, time went on and I got into the same shit he did, drugs, booze, women, and dumb shit. But one day steve-o decided enough was enough and cleaned his act up. & So did I. So now I can say that he is a good person to look up to. Not Ellen, or Oprah but this guy right here, someone who lived life to fullest and could have lost it all but managed to be a better person and inspire others to be better. Thanks dude, you are the best!!

I remember when I watched Jackass for the first time almost 20 years ago. I recall remembering Steve-O as the "crazy but hilarious junkie who's probably gonna end up dying in an OD". Little did I know, that 20 years later, not only would Steve-O end up being the Jackass-guy I actually have the most respect for out of the lot of them, but he's probably also the one who's affected the most of the Jackass-fans lives for the better. He's the living legend that shows that it's possible for *anyone* to get out of the deepest pit and become a better person in the process - as long as you're alive, it's never too late. Keep being you Steve-O, here's to see you keep performing in 2030!

I remember seeing one of Steve-o's earlier stand up routines at sonisphere festival UK 2011. Was at the front (waiting for alestorm after too). Distinctly remember the firebreathing backflip and the crowd chanting Ryan Dunn (was quite soon after the accident). Was a good show!

Man you're such an awesome genuine guy, I have substance abuse issues at the moment and I take like 30 nurofen plus a day just for the codiene. But watching you being so open and honest is inspiring me to talk about the trauma that causes me to take drugs and the fact that I need help. I hope you read this man, I've been a big fan since I was a teen I'm 32 now. the other week me and best friend took some ecstasy and watched all the jackass movies. I actually caught one of your stand up shows live here in the U.K. I don't know if you recall doing a set at Sonisphere Festival in 2011, it was a couple of weeks after Dunn died, and the atmosphere was insane. I had such a great time, you put on such a great show, and the audience were so into it. It's one of the most enjoyable nights of my life. It felt like a group mourning for Ryan through your comedy and I'll never forget it, so thanks for that dude! I'd love to know if you remember that night or your set at all.

Saw him a little over a year ago on his bucket list tour. He meets every fan and takes pictures with them! It was pretty sweet. Oh and also I bought two bottles of his hot sauce which just so happened to be his last ones there and didn't plan on asking him to sign one but he was like "sweet man, you bought two? Let me sign one of them!" Such a dope ass dude, couldn't recommend his bucket list tour more when this corona virus stuff dies down!

From watching Steve-o vids, I feel like since he got sober he's had to do all the growing up he missed out on when he was on drugs. Comparing how well Steve-o is doing now to what Bam is like now is kind of depressing.

@john milton wow dude... You must be the loser you spoke of if you're finding anything positive in Bam's life compared to Steve-o. Bam is still an addict, whereas Steve-o managed to get off them. Steve-o actually accepted the help of his friends, where the Jackass crew have been trying to help Bam constantly to no avail. Bam's wife also divorced him over his awful behaviour, and he's been having legal trouble pretty much constantly since 2010. Most recently, he was fired rom the Jackass Forever film owing to his poor behaviour. When he had the chance to make millions, but just not be an asshole, he wasn't able to do it. After Jeff Tremaine fought to let Bam into Jackass Forever to the Paramount executives, claiming he wouldn't be a liability, he still couldn't control himself. Afterwards, Jeff Tremaine and Johnny Knoxville had to file a restraining order against him owing to his death threats and harrasment on social media. Steve-o is living his own life, doing what makes him happy and making millions doing it. If that makes him a "liberal loser" I dread to think of what you are.

Steve-O's literally my favourite. I made a video about when he was vegan. I hope that more people like him can be activists for animals because he's awesome
